The location was good for exploring Chartres. The breakfast was very good and so was the secure parking.

The toilet malfunctioned during the entire stay. There was constant running of water which was loud. I told the staff about this problem and a woman and then a man came each day to fix the problem. As soon as they left the loud running water from the toilet began again. On the last night the toilet noise was so great I was unable to sleep. Monday morning I asked to speak with the manager. She was not at work. I left a detailed description of the problem and gave my email address and asked that the manager call me. I never heard from the manager and it's now 4 days since i checked out. .

Central location

Didn’t have amenities as advertised and were the ONLY reason we booked this hotel. Booking.com specifically mentions and details the on-site restaurant which has been closed down for some time. The hotel also doesn’t have its own parking, we had to park and pay for the public train station car park and lug all our luggage from the station. When complaining to the Manager we were told these omissions were not their fault as they had informed Booking.com who had failed to update their website. The staff member in question was very belligerent and not prepared to discuss any sort of recourse. After a 6 hour drive and difficulty finding the location due to ambiguous location address we were most unhappy with the situation.

Doch weit genug entfernt von den Festl-Plätzen - keine Lärmbelästigung. Guter Zugang zum Parkplatz, Sicherheit gewährleistet

Der Parkplatz ist zu teuer - der Zustand verbesserungsbedürftig. Der Zugang sollte durch das Haus möglich sein - hilfreich bei Regen.
