L’emplacement
La salle de bain, mobilier vieillissant, carrelage du bac de douche qui se décolle. Les serviettes avec une mauvaise odeur (et misent sous le lavabo pas très propre)

Tout était réuni pour passer un très bon séjour en famille. Hotel Kid Friendly de plus, nous avons toujours eu droit à des petites attentions sympathiques envers nos enfants en bas âge. Les dames qui s’occupent de nettoyer les chambres sont très gentilles ainsi que celles présentes au petit déjeuner. L’équipe du restaurant est elle aussi très sympathique et le Gourmet Bar propose une très bonne carte. Les chambres sont dotées de plusieurs rangements ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande absolument cette adresse à Toulouse

Location is good for transport connection.
Very quiet aerea is quite comfortable. The staffs are all friendly. The breakfast is good. Location is the best to the transportation to the city centre. It takes a 10 minutes by Metro. The Marche in Toulouse was very interesting and the restaurant on the second floor of the Marche was very good.

Great reception/communal facilities. Very comfortable (although small) bar area with pool table and exercise bikes. Good play area for children. Nice pool although not much space around for sun beds and very busy at times. Friendly helpful staff. Good size room with nice shower/toilet. A few nice restaurants nearby.
No balcony for our room so it felt a bit oppressive with relatively small windows. More space/sun beds around pool. Didn't serve food all day. One of our pieces of luggage was removed from the luggage storage room for some reason which caused us some anxiety until it was located. A bit of a walk into the centre (about 20 minutes).

We love that Novotel always truly welcomes our dogs without a bigger fuss. Simple as that. The facilities are good for a comfortable stay and the staff are very friendly.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and always with a smile, by which I appreciate a lot. The hotel is just one step away from the amazing Japanese garden and around 10 mins of walk away from toulouse citycenter

The Sunday restaurant manager very unhelpful and no food was available between 2pm and 7pm.

The rooms were of good size as was the bathroom. Good parking space (which was one of the main reasons to select it).
Not exactly downtown if you are going to walk around. Specially if you return after 6pm and can not go through the park. If the park behind the hotel is closed you have to walk some endless blocks around it.
