Accueil... cela dépend de la personne qui nous a accueilli... un premier accueil lamentable et un second plus qu'agréable.

Location was good , secure parking, spacious room,.nice touch of home made sweets and biscuits..
Hotel was very unattractive from outside ..we thought it was closed ! Bathroom a little tired.

We really liked that the Appartement was very close to our points of interests. Also, the staff was nice and friendly. We found the apartment clean and equipped with necessary stuff. We liked that we couldn't hear the noise from the road and that we had the possibility to warm our room from a private heater. Per total, it was a good experience. Also it's great that they gave us the possibility to check-in earlier and reserved for us a parking place in a private parking.
The only thing that bothered was the water evacuation in the shower. It looks like it was having a problem and the water was staying long time in the shower tube. The bed was very comfortable but too small for a couple with a toddler. All the rest was really nice.

The bathroom smelled like urine, the sofa bed sheet had not been changed, it was crumpled and dirty.

The location, staff and the parking was just as expected. Easy to reach and friendly front desk are helpful.
The beds were comfy. Wifi was enough to pickup. And have departmental stores in walkable distance to pickup some quick things.
Kitchen counter is too small and the silverware was not sufficient. And there was not enough utensils to cook a family meal.

Good location.
A few problems, bath drainage was blocked , hairs on the bed, mess under the bed reported straight after checked in , no outcome , stayed for 3 nights with my family, and complained every day . No results, really disappointed with my stay

Total indifference to customer service.
No shower gel in the shower and nobody bother to bring any.

ok price and room size for Lille, good for a family group of 6 people, nice eating area and round table in the living room section
no airconditioning, only fans on request, no possiblity to open some windows which is difficult (and unhealthy) if it is over 30 degrees Celsius outside, the hotel compensated us for this shortcomings a bit (we got a partial refund) for which we are grateful but none the less this has lowered the comfort a lot

Some staining on bathroom wall. Shortage of toilet paper but it was replenished when I asked for more

Location was great. Car park very secure but did have to pay £9.50 for it. Good room layout with kitchen equipment and soap/shower gel provided. Wifi worked well.
It felt like our room had only been partially cleaned. There was one bag of tea and no other coffee/means to make hot drinks. The balcony door didn’t open properly. Our floor smelt of cigarette smoke. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

I think the rooms were nice and it was nice to have a fridge and cooking space etc.
During a 6 days stay, the rooms could have been cleaned more frequently. They were not cleaned at all during this time.

It was not expensive. Conveniently close to the Lille Grand Palace.
No AC, all windows are permanently locked (windows are full wall size facing to the street). The bathroom was not clean. Next morning I requested a cleaning at the reception, but the bathroom was still not clean. Lot of random hair (long dark) on the bathroom floor.

Lack of AC during hot summer days was a BIG issue. Other than that it was mostly OK. Good breakfast, very friendly personnel, nice and clean neighborhood.
No air condition. Narrow beds. No complimentary housekeeping even though we stayed for 6 days.

Close enough to Expo Center and main transit hub. Rooms are spacious but... Breakfast is decent. Reception staff resolved our issue with room (one large bed instead of two singles) on arrival perfectly and really quick!
... there is no AC, so you need to spend night with open balcony doors, and balcony is common across whole floor, making it insecure. There is a lot of noise from nearby highway. Single beds are really narrow and I'm a more on the skinny person type.
