Le personnel est accueillant et attentif, expérimenté, toujours prêt a donner le meilleur de lui-même. Les repas sont excellents, le chef un vrai chef. Le service impeccable.

Le cadre est magnifique
Petit déjeuner simple mais bon et de qualité.
Le dîner du soir était exceptionnel ! Merci au chef !
Douche froide à 23h en rentrant du marché de Noël frigorifié… Dommage
Et le spa qui n’ouvre que l’après midi, on aurait apprécié pouvoir en profiter davantage en matinée ou en soirée.

Le placement de l'hôtel est génial, départ de randonnées et proche de petits villages sympas à visiter.
Le côté wellness donne un plus à l'établissement, dommage que nous étions en hiver et donc pas de piscine car celle-ci est extérieure.
Le restaurant présent dans l'enceinte de l'établissement est un plus également et on y mange très bien, l'ambiance est calme et conviviale (le fait que les chiens soient acceptés etait un plus pour nous)
Eau non chaude à 9h du matin le jour de notre départ (explication liée au remplissage du jacuzzi par la réceptionniste). Le spa étant accessible de 16h à 19h30 je pense que ce serait mieux de ne pas le faire en pleine heure de réveil sachant que ça influence la chaleur de douches des clients.

Nice staff and spa
It was misleading regarding the view from the room, far away from any attractions and the room was not well organised for us (no bag in the trash, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, safe doesn’t work, etc)

The overall experience was very positive. The hotel is nice and is located in the small village. It has parking spot, swimming pool and spa which are clean and offer relax after whole day trekking in the surrounding mountains.
The rooms are quite small but convenient. The restaurant offers testy breakfasts and relaxing dinners, but I would challenge value for price of the dinner.

The place is located in a very quiet part of nature/forest, some minutes away from the great vineyards of Alsace. The spa was very useful and cosy. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Traditional french cuisine. I can only highly recommend this very nice place.

This hotel looks like something out of a fairy tale, all the surroundings take us to magical moments that are lived in the Christmas stories. The people are very friendly and always available and the quality of service is far above what you can think of receiving when making a reservation. The meals are the best you can think of, breakfast is very complete and good, dinner (we only had dinner there, unfortunately) is the best you can find. We can only thank the staff who attended us and wish us every success, as they clearly deserve
To return, we wanted do stay...

The hotel is very well located staff all helpful polite and friendly. Really good breakfast- best eggs I’ve tasted
Unfortunately the restaurant did not live up to expectations I had steak and it was the worst steak I have ever had. The restaurant was only open on our first evening- why! Fortunately an excellent restaurant very close to the hotel.

the hotel is beautifully located and the property nicely arranged with a lot of greenery. Nice outdoor heated pool.
We were offered a Wi-Fi in the hotel but it did not work. We asked the receptionist for help and got the answer that he did not why Wi-Fi did not work as it should, and that he was not going to investigate further because this is not his responsibility. We ended up with no Wi-Fi and almost no network at all during our stay there, as the area seems to have a problem with the network coverage.

Nice garden with small swimming pool ideal for relaxing after a hike to grand ballon. Good starting point for hikes.
WiFi is subpar. Mattresses a bit on the hard side.
