The location was good. The staff was very nice.

The weather was hot and the air conditioning could not keep the room cool. The restraint was closed for som meals this made it hard to eat the meals.

Comfortable air-conditioned room with good shower.

Good accommodation, very little not to like!

Convenient location for the airport and the complimentary shuttle service was easy to use. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and cool. Staff were helpful. It was a pleasant walk back to the hotel the next morning to collect a hire car. Good value for money and I will stay there again.

The decor may not be to everyone's taste and the furnishings in the room and hotel had seen better days. The breakfast selection was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it.

I’m used to go there and it’s close to the airport.

the TVs did not work and no one informed us at check-in. no one helped us with the luggage. we had a lot, and my mum and I were alone with my 2yo child. it was unacceptable. the receptionist watched us struggle and did not make a move. it was FAR too expensive for the poor service we received.

The facilities were very good, it was clean and the pool and sanatorium were great. The room was roomy and the shower was great, good room service, nice fresh towels every day.

There were little flies on the bread a breakfast time but the food was good.

Bed

The smell - it smells like a 14 year old boy getting ready for his first date on the ground floor. Its shockingly strong and not clear why this is the smell you decided on.

The pool is good. The gym was nearly good, but the machines lack weight for men. The food in the restaurant was mostly good but overpriced.

The cleaning service. They didn't clean well, brought dirty cups in, took the room's keycard from wall then next day from the room entirely, changed air conditioning temperature drastically, picked up soiled towels and hung them instead of replacing them. I complained the first day and it was significantly worse the second as if it was revenge.

Loved the pool and sauna

Fancy quite new rooms, comfy bed, nice amenities in the bathroon. Staff at breakfast was very good!

arrived 23:30. Receptionist said bar open till midnight, staff at bar unfriendly refused service at 23:40. Not even a beer to go. No airport shuttle in the morning although offered in booking.com description, special taxi service to terminal costs 10,-, instead of normal taxi minimum fare 15,-

Room and front desk were great!

Would have liked a lighter cover on the bed. The down quilt is too warm for summer.
