All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone from the reception staff at check in and out, bar staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff as well as the adjoining Brassiere staff. They all went the extra mile to ensure our stay was special. Good quality facilities and fittings as well.

Good value for money for a travel stop a short distance from the autoroute in a charming village. Comfortable clean room with a good bathroom and separate wc. Restuarant was very good and reasonably priced. All staff were helpful, cheerful and smiley. Pool and spa were a bonus!

Great location in beautiful countryside, our suite was very well appointed and the staff were most helpful, lovely place to stay on our journey to Spain
there could have been more towels in the bathroom
there is obviously construction work being carried on outside which made parking a little difficult and at the moment they do not have any electric car charging facilities

Bathtub with super hot water, amazing after 6 days of hiking. Comfortable beds, very helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the restaurant next door is really good.

Nice comfortable room, nice hot shower, and very friendly and welcoming staff. We slept very well indeed! A good place to stop when walking the GR65. Very easy to rejoin the Camino the next morning.
We were walking the GR65 and found this hotel to be just a little further out of town than expected. But worth the extra walk!

Friendly staff and an udeal location to explore the Lozere.Found
Found both restaurants a bit overrated. Understand the need for security, but a first time guest shouldn't have to wait for someone to open the door so they can use the elevator. WHen the elevator was being repaired, there was no notice, so we waited until we figured it out.

Great location and setting, general nice feel and the staff were all lovely. We ate in the downstairs restaurant and food was a lot better than expected.
Mattress was a bit old and not very comfy. Room needed a lick of paint with a small patch of damp in one corner. Overall was clean and tidy though.
