Le petit déjeuner est conforme au standard Mercure.
Client régulier, La qualité de cette établissement mercure et de son nouveau Directeur s’est complétement dégradé !!!
À part les chambre privilèges, les chambres sont vétustes, non fonctionnel, dangereuse et esthétiquement dégelasse. La mention 4 étoiles est une blague et n’est plus d’actualité.
Le personnel de la réception vous raccroche au nez à la moindre occasion en toute décontractions. De plus un Vol dans la chambre a été commis et le personnel incluant le Directeur a bloqué la communication intentionnellement a plusieurs reprises pour fuir le délit. La femme de chambre utilise les toilettes des clients et vol.
l’hôtel est une vraie roulette russe.

It was fine, it is a good hotel

Great place for an overnight stay close to the airport. There was a free shuttle that takes you from/to Orly which is very convenient. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have everything you may need for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Price was a little high but I had to book it last minute due to my flight being cancelled as a result of French transport strikes.

The receptionist yelled at me when I asked him for a certain service, I asked him to respect me , but he continued to be intransigent.. Also, when I asked manager to hurry because my children had a fever, she said: My son also has a fever, hey.. We are not competing in illness!! !!! The worst experience in my life. This hotel is extremely bad. They have contracts with the airline staff and they don't care about the rest of the guests at all.

The location to the airport and the staff in general but the restaurant staff especially.
The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was not fully enclosed and the room’s temperature was subpar — no air conditioning was available and the temperature outside was fairly moderate.

Poorly. We couldn’t sleep well and it was very uncomfortable to just stay in the room, because it was very hot. Disappointed for staying in a Mercure, paying more than 200 euros a night, with no AC.
The AC wasn’t turned on, despite the high temperatures in Paris. There were no ventilators and the windows couldn’t be opened.

some of the furnishings in the room need to be upgraded . lampshades were tearing and coming apart . I would have also appreciated a disposable shower cap too .

THE PLACE NEAR AIRPORT - THE VIEW IS AMAZING - THE WELCOMING STAFF
NO RESTAURANTS - NO ROOM SERVICE - THE ROOM WAS DIRTY!! UNACCEPTABLE FOR THIS KIND OF HOTEL
