The outside of the building is nice in a lovely park in Allevard. The garden are not maintained however an the property is a shadow of an older successful time. Great potential if the hotel was well run.

The property is dirty, old carpet in corridors, a lift from the last century, slow, There is no AC in the room, no fan. Shower in my room was broken. Room wasn't very clean and was stuffy. The staff is friendly but ineffective, and not customer focused. The shared garden outside is not maintained, there are weeds growing.

The apartment was spacious, with lovely mountain views.

The corner kitchen was in need of renovation.

Everything fine - friendly stuff - nice area - room clean and quit - enough parking spaces arround

We liked almost everything. Rather big appartement, good equiped quitchen, nice bathroom, parking place by the entrance, wifi was also ok.

Quality of the beds is really low, pillows are bad.

The size of the rooms. That’s all. I didn’t find it particularly clean.

I booked a DOUBLE ROOM expecting a double bed as well as there being a huge cleaning fee. It is very unclear and I consider that to be daylight robbery. Watch out, they do not make it clear when you book but there is a huge cleaning fee. THAT is information which should be written clearly and BIG RED LETTERS!! They do not provide anything, not even a bar of soap. If you’re looking for a bit of comfort and customer care, go elsewhere.

The bed was a good size and pretty comfortable.

Most of the utensils in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived. The room smelled very badly of eggs/sulphur (especially in the morning) from the sulphur of the nearby thermal baths. The atmosphere of the place overall wasn't great.
