La déco de Noël était superbe pour les enfants !

Proche de Disney en voiture. Quartier calme et pas loin de l'autoroute. Professionnalisme des agents. Hall d'accueil bien décorée pour la période des vacances de fin d'année (les enfants ont appréciés+++)

Petit déjeuner (buffet) débarrassé à l'heure pile (10H30) alors que nous étions encore à table avec les enfants qui n'ont pas pu se servir sur les yaourts. Dommage car cela donne l'impression d'avoir été "chassés" de table malgré le fait qu'on nous prévienne et qu'on sait bien que "l'heure c'est l'heure".

De ruime kamer en de locatie van het hotel mbt Disneyland Parijs. We hebben goed geslapen en het parkeren was ook goed geregeld. Het ontbijt was ook lekker.

We vonden het personeel niet erg vriendelijk. Best wel ‘koud’. Misschien zijn we het in Nederland anders gewend. Daar is gastvrijheid wel anders. Dit vonden we van het personeel bij de balie als het personeel bij het restaurant. We zijn zelfs de eerste avond weggelopen uit het restaurant omdat de ober alleen maar oog had voor mede Franse mensen. Maar ons links liet liggen. Daarnaast was de kamer erg warm. Ze probeerden dit wel oké te krijgen maar door het automatische climatecontrol was dat wel wat lastig..

Chambre vieillotte avec murs en crépis, fissures ( cf photos), chevets minsuscule, douche très bruyante. Petit déjeuner bof. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles sauf pour la déco de Noël du hall d'entrée.

Bonne literie. Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner copieux.

Ensemble très bien

La Clim de la chambre impossible à régler. Il faisait très chaud alors que j’ai baissé le thermostat à fond à 2h du matin. Ce qui n’a rien changé ! De fait très mal dormi !

Le restaurant et le buffet petit-déjeuner. Propreté. Personnel de ménage sympathique.

L'accueil : le personnel semblait pressé de se débarrasser de nous. Les chambres sont basiques avec vue directe sur le parking (voiture à 3m). L'emplacement : hôtel dans une zone d'activité peu agréable Une fois les lits ouverts dans la chambre quadruple on ne peut plus bouger. Enfin, beaucoup de bruits la nuit liés à l'activité dans l'hôtel.

Water fountain was fresh and reusable. Comfortable bed, held our luggage which was nice and accommodating of the staff

I didn’t find the pillows comfortable, reception had used coffee cups there for hours, gym had not a lot of equipment, location was really not well placed as too far from Paris, still a fair drive away from Disney so our Ubers cost a lot of money at the end of the trip, having a shuttle service to the resort would have been ideal

Great rooms. Very clean and well appointed. On the small side of you have a family travelling, but we were only there for one night.

You have to drive to anything you want to get to - although not much of a hardship.

Close to Disneyland Parcs and Paris (RER A station nearby). Nice and comfy hotel for short stayings.

It was a good property but quite far from disneyland. Overall good value for money.

To move around, you probably need a car.

Good room with separate toilet and multiple outlets for charging devices. Clean. Very good curtains to make it dark for sleeping.

Very loud airco. Not very good pillows. our room was a long way from the entrance. I hoped to charge my car at the Tesla chargers but they were only open for Tesla cars unfortunately. Nearest car charge was 8min drive or 2.5km away. Parking was very full in the evening.

Great stay. Had a lot of facilities for children. Very clean and beautiful.

Dinner not up par with quality of the hotel. But breakfast was pretty simple and delicious.
