dass das Hotel von der Lage direkt in Paris gar nicht mal so schlecht ist und man schnell am Arc de Triomphe Eiffelturm oder den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist

die Ausstattung des Hotels war wirklich schlecht es gab kein Restaurant für das Abendessen. wenn man aus dem Lift herausgekommen ist der Teppich schon sehr sehr dreckig im Zimmer selbst war der Boden auch nicht besonders sauber und stark abgenutzt. Der Wasserhahn ist auch nicht vernünftig gelaufen kam nur ein Rinnsal raus dann lagen überall im Zimmer und besonders im Bad Haare rum und das Bettlaken hat die Löcher morgens beim Frühstück waren wir sehr enttäuscht dass es kein frisches Obst Müsli oder Ähnliches gegeben hat sondern nur langweiliges Brot mit äußerst dürftig im Aufstrich wie Honig und Marmelade die Butter war auch nicht ausreichend vorhanden und die Croissants waren auch nicht besonders toll die Parkmöglichkeit war äußerst begrenzt in der Tiefgarage und äußerst eng also das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat zu 100 % nicht gestimmt 500 € die Nacht sind viel zu viel 100 € wären hier angebracht gewesen also die Kette Radisson BLU hat sich hier ein wirklich schlechtes Hotel aufgenommen und das Hotel war so schlecht dass wir statt zwei Nächte nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben das Geld haben wir nicht wieder bekommen. ich fordere Booking.com auf einen Teilbetrag wieder zu erstatten

The room needs to be upgraded. Refurbished. In fact the hotel needs a physical upgrading. Too much noise - movement and knocking of equipment-when housekeepers are in the corridors. I didn’t eat at the hotel.

Room floor was grubby. I had to ask for it to be cleaned but it didn’t make much difference, so I think it needs repolishing. Bathroom needs to be upgraded and sinks changed. Nobody wants to use a sink that shows extreme wear and tear from unknown users. Generally the hotel needs to invest in an upgrade to justify the rates they charge.

Location, location. There was a mix up on our room, after much effort they did find one suitable, although we had to sacrifice our lovely view! The manager sorted it all to our satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved to gréât location. Photo is view from room 702 !
