Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die U-Bahnstation war zu Fuss sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Leider war kein Fenster in unserem Zimmer nicht zu öffnen.

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal.

Die Fenster sind alt und schlecht. Daher ist der Straßenlärm im Zimmer zu laut. Das ist auch der Hauptkritikpunkt.

¡Experiencia maravillosa! Hotel muy cerca del centro turístico (a unos 15 minutos andado y con posibilidad de tranvía a tan sólo 5 minutos del hotel) e impecable: habitación y otras dependencias del hotel muy limpias y cuidadas. Habitación espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para vivir: cosas de aseos, cocina, etc. Desayuno tipo buffet bastante variado: embutido, pan, fruta, bollería, etc. Trabajadores del hotel muy amables y atentos. Cuando me fui, como coincidía con la época navideña, me regalaron una galleta típica de Nürnberg. ¡Muy contenta con mi estancia en el hotel! ¡Cuando regrese, repetiré sin dudarlo! Eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Hotel sehr nah am Touristenzentrum (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und mit der Möglichkeit einer Straßenbahn nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt) und tadellos: Zimmer und andere Hotelzimmer sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Geräumiges Zimmer mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht: Toilettenartikel, Küche, etc. Frühstücksbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich: Aufschnitt, Brot, Obst, Gebäck, etc. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als ich ausgecheckt habe, da es in die Weihnachtszeit fiel, hat man mir ein typisches Nürnberger Gebäck geschenkt. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel! Wenn ich wiederkomme, werde ich ohne zu zögern wiederkommen!

We (and our dog) were staying for a long weekend and we upgraded to one of the Maisonette Apartments (from a double room) which was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was a duplex with a balcony so we had plenty of space and having the kitchenette made such a difference to our weekend. Also having the air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom was a godsend as the temperatures were in early 30oC's. Staff were super nice and helpful. I had questions before I arrived and emails were always responded to promptly. We also spent a lovely evening at the Koch und Kellner restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. There was on-going construction in the hotel but it never impacted our weekend. I would happily stay again when I am next back in the city.

Secure underground parking (extra cost) with lift directly into hotel. Comfortable apartment. Location of Hotel is straight forward to find with a 15 min walk to the beginning of the old town & approx 30 mins from the castle.

Restaurant & beer garden were closed as a large amount of renovation work is ongoing-this should be mentioned on the booking.com website. Parking garage whilst not filled during our stay may be oversubscribed once hotel is fully open.

The property was clean, well-equipped and at a good location. There is also a separate room for storing the luggage in the hotel, which was great for us considering our early and late flights. The staff was professional and polite and we enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel itself is a nice place. The room is quite spacious and there is tables to work at, which was convenient in my case. The staff is mostly nice and available.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the check in. I arrived to the reception with two persons who were helping me with my luggage, since I am on crutches and could not walk in autonomously. The lady at the reception was quite rude and when I asked her if anyone could help me out with the luggage (one small backpack), she answered just no. I asked if I could have some ice since my leg was in pain, and she said they didn't have any - while the hotel has a restaurant, so either they should have some there, or at least a first aid box with instant ice. She didn't offer any help of any kind in the alternative. Also, I had sent an email the previous day to make sure I could access my room without being able to do stairs, so they were aware of the situation. On my second day, I was in my room until 11am and no one came to clean. I went down to go out and asked at the reception if they would come, they said they would send someone right away. I came back at 8pm and no one had cleaned. I had to go down again and ask, and then they finally sent some staff to clean. It was not very convenient for them nor for me, since I had to stay in the room meanwhile and the cleaning thus was fast. On a different note, the breakfast is way to expensive (18 euros per day?), I did not try it.

Breakfast is the best!!! ☺️☺️ Location comfortable for enjoying a weekend in the city.

Perfect place for our weekend in wonderful Nuremberg. The location is good, at about 20 minutes walking distance from the city center but there is also public transportation nearby. The room was well equipped, quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcome free of charge. Highly recommended place.

Despite the small size of the room the facilities were very impressive.

The shower leaked but we were warned before we left that the hotel was in the process of being refurbished. This alas, meant the bar was closed too.

The location was great! 2 min to u-bahn, 20-25 min walk to central station. Staff was very nice and helpful. The balcony was with a garden view and so peaceful with trees and birds. We enjoyed spending the night sitting in the balcony. The kitchen stuff was enough, we had everything we need. Everything was perfectly clean. There are markets and restourants very close to the hotel. The neighboırhood is nice and safe. Thank you!
