Für ein Wochenende in Koblenz sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Lage. Gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn
Die Baustelle vor der Tür war nicht so schön. Aber die ist beim nächsten Mal bestimmt weg.

Groot en onpersoonlijk, men vergat de kamer schoon te maken, handdoeken te wisselen en bedden opmaken… Moest dit aan de receptie melden. Parkeergarage is een ramp! Uitrijkaarten werken niet, betaalautomaten defect, hotelkorting wordt niet verrekend en geen personeel dat zich er druk om maakt…

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Fluss ist traumhaft. Die Minibar ist kostenlos. Eine Espresso Maschine ist da.

Het hotel kijkt uit over e Rijn en ligt aan e rand van het centrum dichtbij de Rijnboulevard Onder het hotel is een grote parkeergarage. Helaas werd er gewerkt aan de brug naast het hotel en moest je omlopen naar het centrum. aar kan het hotel natuurlijk niest aan doen. het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en dinerzaal is wat eenvoudig, maar heeft een redelijk uitgebreide kaart
Zonder dat dit was aangekondigd bleek dat op zondagavond in het restaurant slechts een uiterst beperkte kaart beschikbaar was. Wij hebben daarom ook afgezien van het gebruik van het diner daar. Op de vraag van het hoe en waarom kwam slechts een nogal ontwijkend antwoord. Ik vind dat een hotel dat € 200 voor een overnachting in rekening brengt dit niet kan maken

Zimmer o.k. Lage zur Straße/Brücke rechtlaut, gleichzeitige Ankunft größere Reisegruppe hat Einchecken verzögert, Frühstücksbüfett guter Standard, abschliessbarer Fahrradraum.
Für Fahrradraum nur 1 Schlüssel und umständliches Verfahren mit Unterschrift führt zu langen Wartezeiten, wenn die Rezeption busy ist. Brückenbaustelle erschwert Zufahrt mit dem Rad. Verkehr von Straße/Brücke rechtlaut.

Location ok
I asked that I can park my motorcycle in a closed place when book the room.
I get a reply 2 days after arrival that I can. To late!?!
When we arrived there at the Hotel they told us that we can not use the parking. It’s forbidden for motorcycles and we need to park outside the building.
That’s not what I wanted, the reception man was not nice and willing to look for another solution.
I booked this hotel because they advertise that they have parking.
It’s the first time that I experienced like that at a hotel.
This was very disappointing.

Good location ,easy parking
Unhelpful staff ( verging on rude ) No customer service at all.The finesse restaurant advertised on website is only open when they have business functions on , so rather rudely told we could only have something to eat in bar area .

The rooms were excellent and with a great river view. The pillows, for guests not used to 'duvet' type pillows were not the best or most comfortable, but otherwise the beds were good & the room was excellent.
EUR 22.00 per person for breakfast is completely unreasonable! Outside the hotel EUR 22.95 bought breakfast for 4 persons including tea and coffee.

Overall, everything was ok. Good location, 10 mins by foot to the “Deutsches Eck”.
The building is a bit dated already, and you can see it. Furniture in the room was ok, bathroom as well, but a bit dated. Everything worked though. All towels and bed ware had a little bit of a ‘bit so nice’ smell, hard to describe.

Not much.
Staff were disinterested and in one case just plain rude. Sauna closed “Due to climate change”, yet lights and heaters on everywhere. Service at bar one evening was non existent and we had to ask the front desk who finally found someone.
