Sehr freundliches Rezeptionspersonal. Beim (ziemlich guten) Frühstück allerdings nicht alle. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr praktisch und auch der relativ kurze Weg in die Innenstadt.

Overall I have understood that for economical reason the hotel is in the process of downgrading from 4* to lower star rating. The room was not cleaned. After complaining the staff on the reception desk claimed that I should ask this specifically (as they wish to save their costs), showing me the information list. The issue is that I did not get such a list on check in. It turned THAT THIS IS A POLICY NOT TO GIVE SUCH A LIST TO AVOID ASKING FOR CLEANING. In addition, the mattress is old and hard and the hotel does not provide any mattress topper although I asked for it several times. The A/C is noisy. No fridge in the room. No places on the hotel parking (paid parking for 19 EUR/night): should look myself and the nearby parking machines do not accept credit cards. Overall I have understood that for economical reason the hotel is in the process of downgrading from 4* to lower star rating.

Breakfast was disappointing: no variety, especially for children (even automatic pancake pan was out of order, personnel was to busy to react to client's needs). Parking was expensive and still without reservation for clients coming in the late evening.

Good location. Nice and friendly staff. Spacious room.

Our room was right next to the elevator, and we could hear the elevator going up and down. That made us feel like it wasn't a good deal for so much money.

Air conditioning was inadequate. We had trouble sleeping.

super central / best location: 5 min by foot from the main train station and right near the city center (art museums, restaurants, river cruise station)

super comfortable and clean rooms (very modern feel), I had an amazing view of the river and city! Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great value for money, will be back :)

When I got there I was told my room had cancelled after 6 pm . I had been driving for 4 hours at that point - it was about 9 pm - and had not checked in with email. I was more than a Little upset. the positive thing was the staff were helpful in finding an alternative - maybe they experience of this ? I went to Dorint in the end which was an upgrade frankly and where the staff suggested I make a complaint.

there was no bar. In the Standard room the room was small and the toilet was within 1.5 metres of the bed through a semi opaque door that didn’t close properly. We thought the whole place was very dated.

Slowest system in the world for ch3cking in and out . Apart from that good
