Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral und doch ruhig, in der nahen Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und Gastronomie für den kleinen/ großen Hunger. Das Personal am Empfang sehr zuvorkommend. Hauseigene Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

In der Kürze des Aufenthalts ist uns nichts aufgefallen.

Das Hotel und seine Einrichtungen entsprachen ziemlich genau der Beschreibung.

Leider konnte beim Frühstück niemand Auskunft über die enthaltenen Allergene, z.B. in den Brötchen, geben. Allerdings wurden Alternativen gesucht und schließlich auch gefunden.

Fairly centrally located and close to a neighbourhood with a lot of liveliness… the design and atmosphere in the room is nice.

A lot was and went wrong. Assigned a single room means missing the towel and duvet for two, not a nice surprise at 11PM. No soap and shampoo (just not refilled), a shower that can’t be tinier than it it, that goes from cold to too hot. The windows are poorly isolated for sound and one night there was a bus with a running engine standing at least an hour below the window, another morning a very noisy group chatting from 7.30AM outside before their bus left. After cleaning the room, the coffee wasn’t refilled, and there is no fridge in the room. Notifying the staff about the things that were not as expected, lead to a solution but an apology appeared to be too much to give.

The room was lacking basic amenities like a refrigerator and water. The air conditioning also did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. The first night's stay was not a pleasant experience at all. However, upon complaining, the hotel did offer to change our room, which was appreciated. i
