Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Da es uns gefallen hat haben wir es wieder gebucht

Eingangsbereich, Lobby und Frühstücksbereich ist sehr ansprechend und modern

Das Zimmer hat den Eindruck gemacht, dass es länger nicht belegt war. Toilette etwas staubig, braunes Wasser aus Wasserhahn

Der Service ist über alle Bereiche freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer zu schmal .. das Executive hat gefühlt nur 16-17 qm .. zwischen Fußende des Betts und der Wand genau 70 cm .. Frühstück ist überfüllt, am Sonntag zusätzliche Gäste und VW-Gastarbeiter. Teppichboden ist fast überall verfleckt.

Das Essensangebot im Restaurant war eher mau und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch. Hatte eher Imbissqualität. Die Sauna ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein und das Schwimmbad hat eine Renovierung nötig. Zumindest könnte man am Ambiente des gesamten Bereichs noch stark arbeiten.

Das Zimmer war sehr warm (26 Grad) und eine Regelung der Temperatur nicht möglich. Wir mussten uns über die Reception gegen Unterschrift einen Schlüssel für das Fenster geben lassen, um wenigstens in der Nacht eine erträgliche Zimmertemperatur zu erreichen. Das Hotel war sehr voll und die Bar am Abend dadurch ebenfalls sehr voll. Man hatte das Gefühl, das Personal gab sich zwar Mühe, war aber total überfordert. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Neubau und war ziemlich hellhörig. Man versteht die Gespräche im Nebenzimmer.

A last minute overnight stay in Wolfsburg. Great central location. Comfortable rooms. Yummy dinner and breakfast.

The room was spacious and quiet, had an ac and a fridge. The parking and check-in was easy and straight forward. There was a pool and a sauna available. The staff was helpful and was catering to our needs. Thank you.

No negative points. All was as described.

Quality hotel at a reasonable price - really impressed that the minibar was free. Bar food was good quality and well priced. Pity we only had one night there as a stopover en route to Berlin. Unfortunately, our reason for choosing Wolfsburg proved unsuccessful as the VW Museum was closed due to flood damage (not the hotel's fault obviously)

Not quite as close to the motorway or city centre as I expected but didn't ruin anything as a result.

Unfortunately no gym :-(

Thd appartment was great. Also interior of the hall were great and personal was very helpful and polite.

I believe the prices are too high for a hotel in a small town. Also the twin bed had a gap in the center.

missing fridge on room , it was promised by reception stuff they they add next day , but nothing happen .

Perfect place, if You are visiting city to see Volkswagen museums and fashion outlets. Hotel is located just at the pedestrian street, which leads to Volkswagen factory and, of course, fashion outlets. It takes only 15 minute walk. You don't need to stay for 30 mins in waiting lane for outlet parking. From this hotel everything in the city is reachable by foot. Hotel has nice and wide premises. Room was very large with nice view. For extra charge hotel offers underground parking, which is very convenient in bad weather times. There is a swimming pool and sauna for visitors. Royal breakfast. And very friendly and helpful staff.

I suggest to widen restaurant menu. It was a little bit too less for such place.
