Frühstück

Doppelbetten etwas schmal und Matratzen zu weich. Personal der Bar manchmal etwas überfordert.

Am besten hat uns das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels war auch okay.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer dies zu wünschen übrig schlechtes Housekeeping. Matratzen zu hart. Baustellenlärm und die Zimmer sind zu klein. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Das Hotel ist in der 2. Reihe am Strand und über einen Fußweg ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten schon am Strand. Lage ist somit 1A, auch eine Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe (2 oder 5 Minuten Fußweg) ermöglichen es einem die Umgebung zu erkunden. Im Hotel selbst wurde ich von freundlichem Personal empfangen, eingecheckt hatte ich bereits digital, weshalb es alles sehr schnell ging. Das Einzelzimmer war sauber und groß genug für eine Person, der Kleiderschrank, könnte etwas größer sein, lange Sachen ließen sich leider nicht aufhängen. Die besten Kopfkissen die ich je in einem Hotel hatte, 2 verschiedene und ich hätte per Hotelapp auch noch spezielle Kissen nachordern können. 1+ mit * dafür! Die Lage an sich ist super, man ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber nah genug um eben dort hin zu laufen und auch sonst lässt sich alles gut erreichen, die Lübeckerbucht bietet viele Möglichkeiten für alle möglichen Vorlieben, Strand, Museen, Tiere, Natur und vieles Meer kann man erleben.

Ein paar mehr Wellnessmöglichkeiten wären schön und ein Restaurant im Haus fehlt leider auch, es gibt Frühstück und dann ab nachmittags eine Bar im selben Bereich. Aussicht hatte ich leider Keine, da das Hotel anscheinend hinter das eigentliche Haus noch einen Anbau gesetzt hat und ich auf eine entsprechende Mauer schaute, was mich aber nicht gestört hat, ich war ja eh nicht da um aus dem Fenster zu schauen, sondern um raus zu gehen. Wen das stört, vielleicht bei der Buchung drauf achten.

Excellent facilities. staff and extended breakfast for flexible timing. Open until 11pm for cocktails. Fun renting their bicycle for day.

We selected a room with loft. It was good in principal, but circular stairs were a challenge and so it was difficult to get drinks upstairs to enjoy the space. Better for some young people.

Beautifully designed property. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard. Like sleeping on Sand… :-)

The breakfast was outstanding!! Rarely ever have I seen such good vegetarian options! Staff very friendly, room clean, nice shower.

The room did not have a view at all and is rather small.

The breakfast was really nice, a lot of variety, fresh pancakes and omelettes, but also vegan options. Staff was very friendly. We rented bikes and really enjoyed that! The products in the shower were really nice! We also really liked the idea of having a sauna for ourselves, so I would say I like the concept, but unfortunately it did not go so well for us (see in next section)

The bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress felt very used. The shower head looked very old. The cupboard in the room kept making noises when people in the neighbouring room moved. The spinning bikes on the roof are broken. We booked the sauna and 1 1/2h are already very very short for a sauna stay, but the sauna was cold when we arrived and we had to walk to the reception twice to get it fixed. We did not experience a hot sauna then since it did not heat up in time anymore. We also did not have to pay for the sauna then, which was nice, but it was still a big bummer in our stay.

The hotel is located in the second row to the promenade, which is great, and also a short walk into town. Very friendly and accommodating staff. There's a big focus on sustainability.

For a 4-star hotel and for the price, I would have expected a more spacious room and especially the bathroom was extremely underwhelming. Absolutely no storage space, not even hooks to hang large towels or bathrobes (which were not in our room when we checked in). A tiny sink and a milky glass door separating the toilet from the rest of the room. Not really private.. This is not what one expects in a 4-star accommodation.

The stuff is very nice very helpful they were always on time when I requested anything and the room were clean the atmosphere is nice and breakfast was good and the stuff speak English as well

The Netflix button on the tv didn’t work so there’s nothing to really watch of you speak English and a fridge in the rooms would be nice

The bathroom could be modernized

Super kind and friendly Staff! Received an upgrade in the beginning for no reason. Breakfast was exceptional, even got asked if we want an omelet!

Bathroom was a little weird because it doesn’t have proper doors, so everybody in the room can hear everything happening in the bathroom. Mattress seemed a bit old and had a slight mold in the middle. Room had a very style and was nicely decorated but sometimes a little small and unpractical. Terrasse door was unfortunately broken so we couldnt open the window!

Cozy location and delicious food - breakfast, dinner!! The stuff is great, very helpful, courteously and trying to grant every wish! Just perfect.
