Large clean room with river view. We got a very good last minute off season rate. Staff were very helpful, knowledge and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The building is directly in the old town. Considering the age of the building there are great facilities such as on-site parking, elevator, bar, roof terrace and an amazing Spa. The Spa (Sauna & Whirlpool) can be reserved for a free 45 minute private session. This really made our stay! I can only recommend this hotel.

For me personally I found the bed on the harder side and the pillows were too small / soft. But that's just a preference.

The location is great. Breakfast is great!

Even though it was non smoking, the room smelt of cigarettes. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot.

Comfortable and clean rooms, very nice breakfast choices. They even provide ear plugs on the bed for people who don't like church bells. Great location for visiting Passau and also starting our cycle holiday. Was able to park outside back of hotel for 3 Euros with hotel ticket. There are about four parking places outside which we had to use as had cycles on top of our car. They also have a small underground garage under the hotel for cars. Reception were very helpful. They also have a room to store cycles.

Nothing with regard to hotel. If you bothered by church bells this might not be the hotel for you though I would imagine every hotel in Passau probably has this problem. Most hotels we stayed in Austria had loud bells near by!!!

This hotel is well prepared for guests arriving by bike and offers a safe bicycle parking in a large room next to the reception. On the hot tropical day of our arrival we appreciated cold drinks in the minibar available for a very reasonable price. Very big room, large beds, excellent breakfast buffet...

Facilities excellent upstairs patio and sauna especially! location was nice

The beds are not too comfy, pillows either. But maybe we are too used with the ones from home.

Cobbled roads out front meant rumbling noises as cars passed. Not busy so not too bad. They do supply earplugs!!!

The breakfast was perfect. The room was clean and the location of the hotel is direct in the old town.
