close to my family’s home, lovely little hotel on the waters front. very comfortable stay and the facilities in the room were good. love the little balcony but unfortunately we couldn’t benefit from the use due to the -1 degree weather but would be lovely in the summer so we will be back!

I did like the location near lake canal, and this is it. there is nothing more good about the hotel to highlight, please be informed and read my cons. below

seriously overpriced for the quality, this is nothing comparable to four star hotel, they are rather mediocre three star and I do NOT understand how did they get four star rank. the car park is tiny and it was so difficult to park my car- no any help from staff regarding that, also my car was scratched by sticking out from the bushes sharp wires from hotel's fence. not happy about it. no air condition at all, so we struggled to get some sleep as there was too hot in the room. Mediocre bathroom with no soap in designated containers at all. Bed very un comfortable. Not good breakfast, tiny portions and not really tasty. my Partner and my we both had the worst beer and Rizling wine there (something what in Germany is really unusual). I am sorry to give such an opinion, but this is honest review and I would like to make people aware of it. Do NOT waste your money as they were extremely expensive- you will pay more than Five star Intercontinental Hotels in some capital cities, and you will get discomfort and stress only.
