Die Lage ist super. Wir haben von den anderen Gästen nicht viel gehört, weil die Türen recht schalldicht sind. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Leider keine Parkplätze. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet 28 Euro. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen ein teurer Spaß. Das war aber OK. Das Zimmer roch leicht unangenehm nach vergossenem Bier wie nach einer Party und das Bad wirkte durch den seltsamen Boden nicht sauber. Ozon könnte hier helfen gegen den komischen Geruch. Für eine nacht OK aber wir haben nicht geduscht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Köln sicherlich ok. Für mich war es das schlechteste Zimmer dass ich für 114,00 Euro bewohnt habe, aber das war auch nie in einer Großstadt und ich bin etwas pingelig.

Room looked worn out. It needs to be renewed. An inconvenient location of doors, switches, shells and shower. The sink was so small that it was difficult to wash. There was a noise from the street, so I had to sleep with a closed window in the stuffy room. Shabby walls and old furniture.

The bed is super comfy specially the pillows, also the location is great, it has everything you need nearby

I messaged the property beforehand requesting separate beds. As promised we received a twin room. Also, there was a fridge as promised. Despite not being able to give us two keys, my friend was given entry without me. Great for meeting young people in the common area/lobby.

It could have been a bit cleaner and the lift seemed a bit shaky. It would also be more attractive if they offered breakfast. 170€ per night is quite steep for a Hotel that is more of a Hostel but also to be expected on Karneval.

I had booked through booking and needed to move my trip. They never responded through the booking.com contact form and I called them and they said it would be fine. When I arrived at the proeprty I didnt have a reservation. Luckily I could jus stay there and it was cheap. Of course I now paid twice.

- elevator wasn’t working - interior was poor - some water damages in the room - little mold in the bathroom shower

The location is nice, close to everything, WI-FI works well.

There is no 0-24 reception, the room was really small and dirty, everything were so used, the bathroom was horrible. I was there for 4 nights, until then the elevator doesn't works, they doesn’t cleaned my room, even there was no small paper to hang on the door („please clean“ or „dont disturb“). Sadly i didn't took any pictures but i cant recommend this hotel.
