Supernettes italienisches Personal in einem sympathischen, sehr italienischen Businesshotel. Tolles Flair, gute Ausstattung, Preis/Leistung gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze.
Der Lüfter der zentralen Aircondition ließ sich weder regeln noch abstellen und war leider unsäglich laut. Fenster auf ist keine Alternative, da die A81 nur knapp 200m entfernt verläuft. 10 EUR Parkgebühren (im Industriegebiet) trübten meine Stimmung.

Хотелът има собствен паркинг и срещу 10 евро не се притеснявате за автомобила си. Персоналът беше много любезен, усмихнат и услужлив. Отговориха на всички наши въпроси и ни накараха да се чувстваме прекрасно. Стаите са чисти и имате всичко необходимо.

The dogs were entirely welcome, the hotel was exceptionally. Staff were incredibly friendly and not frustrated by my utter lack of German. Nice little touches on reception, complimentary tea and coffee, sweets and doughnuts!
Not about the hotel per se, however the location is not ideal, there’s a few super markets opposite but nowhere to eat and restaurant in the hotel was not open. There is a bar in the hotel but not was closed. Although to be fair fair selection of refreshments in the fridge to purchase at reception.

Wi-fi connection very poor, parking fees not advertised properly.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. We appreciated the coffee corner and the garden with a play area to have fun especially in the summer. I totally recommend this hotel!

The price is way to high for the location and the comfort of the hotel. The hotel is a Shared Facility with the hotel close by. All pictures show more the other hotel than the Rilano itself
