Horrible bed

Centrally located in the Old Town, the hotel is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and fast food as well as the Central Train Station. The rooms are clean and tidy. You can hear the outside noise on a weekend. That did not bother us at all, but might be an issue for some people. With the window shut though it was not an issue.

It would have been nice to have had one or two more English speaking TV channels. There were very few.

Receiving an email on when I planned to check out when I just arrived. Didn't find it very welcoming and haven't experienced this type of email at any other hotel that I stayed in.

This is our second stay, I love the clean yet playful design and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It's very well located in the city center and the staff is always nice and welcoming. We'll be back for sure.

Our windows faced a wall which was a bit disappointing but this is not a hotel you stay at for the view.

The location, comfortable beds, ambience was generally pleasant.

We had the two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor and it was way too dark. There were only two standing lights for the whole floor downstairs with no lights around the dining area. The lift only goes up to the third floor and we had to carry all the luggages up the stairs to the last floor. It‘s really no fun when you have a family with big luggages to carry. Inside the apartment you have to go up another flight of stairs to reach the main bedroom, which can be slippery. Felt it was not safe for elderly people and very young kids. The apartment is in actual a lil dated, you can tell especially in the kitchen area. One stove wasn‘t working properly and very little kitchen supplies were provided e.g. plates, cutleries, mugs, cutting knives etc.

The location was great . about 10 mins walking from the main station and near quite a few Christmas market . we were only there for 2 nights. the room was nice and warm during December . the shower is hot . and the room is spacious enough for 2 adults and one teenager .

the room is slightly noisy because of the bar downstairs . with windows close tight during winter they can still be heard . but it is quiet after 10pm.

Very helpful in reception. Our flight was very early in the morning, so he allowed us to enter the room as it was available. The location is great, in the old town. Nothing extraordinary, but with all the necessary stuff.

It was definitely expensive, but it is Switzerland 😧.

The property was very nice and in a great location. The room was nicely decorated and the staff were personable.

One of the mattresses had a large, uncomfortable depression in it. I felt like I was going to fall out of the bed a few times. I think it is time for a new mattress.
