the room was so hot(air con off) we had all 4 windows open all night (sat night). The bathroom had underfloor heating .... lots of activity across the street at McD's

it was clean, toilets were modern. our rooms were spacious too except one didn’t get a balcony.

The toilet in our room does not have a shower door hence the dry bathroom would get wet when we take our shower

It was such a convenient location where you can easily spot it right after you exit the train station. My husband and I enjoy how spacious the room was and it was definitely clean and neat. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The room was spacious and light and very clean. The doona and pillows were super soft. The bathroom was well designed and with good shower pressure. It was extremely close to the station. Definitely an ideal location as is also still an easy walk to the old town.

Everything was PERFECT! I have travelled in many countries, but this was one of the best hotels! Best location, near the train station, very clean, attention to details (fruits, Nespresso machine, wine glasses, quiet, very good cosmetics- Rituals, chocolate on the pillow, a very nice bathrobe, slippers, etc). The room was big, the bathroom the same, natural light, AMAZING!!!! Thank you for one of the best night from this vacation!!!

It would have been nice to have some curtains to block the light in the morning.

The location for the old town is perfect. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The rooms were large and beds very comfortable

The location was 1 block away from the Chur train station which was perfect for us since we were between taking the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express trains. Our large room was great with a comfortable king bed, AC, minibar, walk-in shower and two sinks in the bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding with croissants, dark breads, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, salmon, eggs, juices, and sparkling wine.
