Spacious, modern but comfortable, bien insulated. Welcoming staff, very good breakfast.

I liked the swimming pool. Breakfast was ok but the restaurant location is below expectations.
The hotel wasnt prepared for the high temperatures and while we asked
for a fan they didnt have one available. The room was also positioned on top of the reception and very noisy!

The breakfast was very complete and tasty and a great preparation for the day ahead. The morning hours were prepared by the hotel team to occupy the guests with outdoor activities, from which they returned with a great appetite. The rooms were perfection with an ultra-comfortable bed (Haestens, I believe) and a amazing view from the balcony (see photo). The exercise room, swimming pool and the games rooms completed the picture. A great bar to unwind after a busy day. The extensive use of high quality wood on the walls and floors is a unique feature. Last but certainly not least, I would like to mention the very attentive hotel staff; especially the Spanish girl who effortlessly solved my booking problem.
Nothing negative.
I like the total wooden environment. As a suggestion I would consider to find an alternative to carpet from the general area between rooms. It spoils the cleanliness of the wood.

The staff and service were just incredibly good and loyal. They let us checkout later as we were on a balloon flight, and they brought us something to eat even though the breakfast was already finished.

I think one of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Simply a paradise! Amazing location, amazing staff (so helpful and kind), great food served all day long. Swimming pool with a great view. I loved it! I will definitely come back.
That I stayed one night… I wish I could have stayed more days :)

Beautiful hotel with attention to detail. Great rooms. Comfortable bed. Lovely gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved this excellent choice

Everything about the hotel is great - the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bar area is great; we enjoyed playing board games and drinking cocktails whilst listening to the DJ. We also had great massages from George, the hotel masseur. The staff are all super friendly.

the room was so small, i hardly could fit in my luggage. the lobby felt more like a hip hop club in the evening than a hotel. there was no room service- you had to pick up your food in the lobby.... staff was very nice especially in the breakfast room and reception. Overall a good hotel, just not for me.
too many children also in the pool nobody checked the timing children were there most of the time.

Room was great, hotel views were amazing, hotel lobby and decoration were one of the best you can find in Switzerland.
The spa could include a spa jacuzzi. The restaurant food and breakfast were great but could be better.

All the staff was really nice and kind.
The atmosphere was really pleasant, bar, music, good vibes and mood. You have variety of choice for food, you have the spa, so everything is there for just having good time without having to go out the hotel. Very subtle and warm decoration, especially at the bar space.

Except that would have maybe obliged spa area to be with swimwear (as it is mix, might be a bit disturbing to have naked people all over you).
