Wer ein Instagram-taugliches Hotel sucht, ist im The Home genau richtig. Besonders die Eingangshalle und die Korridore sind echte Hingucker. Leider fehlt es dem Hotel aber etwas an Wärme und persönlichem Charme. In meinem Zimmer war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, und es war nicht möglich, die Temperatur auf ein angenehmes Niveau zu bringen. Zudem war die Ausstattung etwas spärlich – es gab beispielsweise keinen Bademantel.

New hotel. Very eclectic style. Good coffee maker. Good hair dryer. At the entrance to a good shopping mall. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful lobby and bar area. Good parking place beneath the shopping mall.

Not near the center of Zurich. The view from the window was of an office building, so the curtains had to be closed while in the room. The sink area was tiny, so we had hardly any place to put toiletries on. Lights were not enough to see stuff.

Einzig ein zusätzlicher Mülleimer im Badezimmer und eine etwas bessere Beleuchtung in den Zimmern wäre schön.

Great Becozy staff support, but not from booking.com, no supports/response from the booking.com chat, useless, only generic robot response :(

Coffee pods, cups supplies unfortunately very limited, good enough for 2 to 3 days. . We stay for 7 nights. Very friendly cleaning team n Becozy online support.

complicated communication with maintenance. the coffee machine and desk lamp did not work. during the two nights/three day stay, no one came to fix it never mind extended exchanges of chat messages (the only way to contact someone). instead of fixing the problems, they only thanked for “your understanding”.

Great location, comfortable bed, quick check-in even we came half hour earlier, amazing shower and soap/shampoo. The room designed thoughtfully, each detail is in the right color, place, texture. Everything was very-very clean. Next time I'll definitely choose this hotel again.
