beautiful stylish rooms, spacious, very clean and great location.

wifi reception was pretty bad in our room and in spa area. and the heated pool could be a tad warmer, especially on cold days

The hotel is very modern, clean and more than comfortable. We loved the spa area and the staff was incredibly friendly. We had the luck of a room upgrade which was definitely a highlight. We would definitely come again.

The room was very comfortable modern interior The hotel clean und same as the room modern comfortable interior everybody was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant was a big positive surprise The food was so good all the different ingredients worked so well together it was a joy eating it I highly recommend the Hotel and the Restaurant I will definitely go back

The staff was very friendly. Everything looked clean and renewed, the Hotel has a superb location, and the view was also great. The room is very big with a nice area. The breakfast was great. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant as well.

The only downside was related to the pillows, if you can call that a pillow. I believe a folded towel would describe it better. Even after asking for better/more firm pillow, the one provided it was still not good enough, and not on par with the rest of the hotel ammenities.

small thing but no tea & coffee in room , and the menu at restaurant was in German and we could not understand anything , surely an English menu would be asking the world

Really nice hotel in beautiful surrounding of nature, lake . I can recommended for business travelers , hotel completely fits all needs, delicious food and generous restaurant with famous chef 😊

The Spa, the location, free parking, friendly staff at the restaurant

Room wasn’t really clean (stains, hair etc.), smelled like a smoking room, room was located in a separate hallway (felt like second class guests) right above the kitchen, very noisy, tiny bathroom, we even considered not staying at the hotel and driving home instead. Reception staff was extremely unfriendly; didn’t even ask of we enjoyed our stay. Do not recommend.
