Das Personal hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Leider muss noch viel renoviert werden, daher fanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas zu hoch. Frühstück war sehr gut.

It's a good space for the price with 2 rooms for a family. Good for exploring the city.

For summer use an airco is a must for sleeping similar would be a desire for curtains or shutters to block the light coming in.

We are traveling with children and the main thing booking apartments for us is the kitchen, it's mandatory and always nr. 1 preference in our choice of a living place. So we booked these apartments on booking.com, "kitchen" was written in facilities list, also photos of the kitchen were placed, but then we arrived, we found the kitchen doors LOCKED! I called to the manager, and he said, that the kitchen is not included in to the room’s price (not mentioned a single word about this in the announcement on booking.com) and I should go tomorrow at 7AM to the reception and make extra payment if I want to get the key from the kitchen. But we are leaving tomorrow in the morning and what should I do now? I have food, which needs a refrigerator, I have children and they want to eat, I had a long trip today and I can’t even make a cup of tea for myself? “Sorry, nothing we can help”, was the answer. It’s a total disrespect of a customer. Thanks God, there was a glass in the bathroom, so I could mix my medicine with the water, but there was no even a tee spoon, so I had to mix it with my finger. And on top of all of this, then I came to check up in the morning, they charged me by f… king 7€ for the parking in the yard, which was also mentioned in the announcement as included facilities for the apartments, not optional. There was a lot of place in the street for parking. Tried to talk about this with receptionist, but it was useless, because he didn’t understand nothing in English (or pretend this). - False info and prices of the apartments in booking.com. - Extra charges for everything. - TOTAL DISRESPECT.

I loved that it waseasy to find. And quick and easy way to get the key for check in. Perfect location pretty central and alot of shops around. Nice and quiet place to rent.

After riding a whole day on the motorcycle it was abit hard walking up all the stairs with all luggage. So only missing it was no elevator. :)

The lock box battery was dead, and we called many numbers to try to reach someone to come fix it. Luckily they called us back and fixed it - and the whole process was only about 30 minutes. But the worst was they had everyone’s keys in the same area which meant my personal information form, was only protected by an envelop.

It was clean, bed is super comfortable. Location is really good, close to the train station, which gets you to the city centerr.

It was very difficult to find the keys and the reception was not open for the majority of the day with noone to call for help. It was amazing we ever found the key

They advertise that can apply for breakfast but they do not have breakfast. Reception only in the morning till 11

The room was quite big, clean and very comfortable. Travelled with a group of 4 and shared the 2 large beds. The family room has 2 different rooms with beds and the bathroom is huge. I really have no complaints at al regarding the accomodations ☺️

The only possible complaint for me was figuring out where the reception desk was. But it was a minor thing

The room is big, one big mattress on the bed is a huge plus, also very comfortable bed! Pet friendly. Free parking in front of the building. Location is great, quiet and only 3km from old town. Close to the supermarket. Contactless check-in. Great value for the price.

Some more light in the room might be great. Also kettle and small fridge might also be useful.

It was really spacious and clean, absolutely no negative comment about the place itself.

The location is rather far from the station and also the center.. so it’s not very convenient. Reception hours are limited as well. My main issue is the following: I forgot a bag in the room which I informed the property AND bookings.com about right after I left. I tried calling over 10 times, both the numbers they provide are not in use. I also sent an email, only to find out the email address they gave was not operating. I messaged through the Bookings.con application AND messaged customer service and I didn’t get any reply from anyone. I eventually had to give up because I needed to catch my train but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of communication I received. How does one contact this property of all the contact info given is WRONG?!

I get a room in the old building at the 4 th floor no lift the room maids were very un politely

- the location - polite personal - good bathroom - nice interior - comfortable room

- sharped tables - toilet doesn't have a lock - there are no way to contact the reception remotely in case if you have questions and the hotel consists of several buildings, so you are to come down, walk the street, talk and back - pillows and beds are too soft (but it's optional and depends on your lifestyle) - no foothorn

Property was clean , close to tram stop and center, Beds were quite comfortable

We rented 3 rooms and still had to pay extra for the Kitchen which was in the suite but just locked and it was on the top floor without elevator which was but difficult for my 65 mom to climb
