O quarto era bem grande e ótimo para acomodar 3 pessoas que foi o nosso caso. Roupas de cama e colchões muito bons, isolamento acústico e de luz muito bons também. A localização é ótima. Tudo muito confortável. Adoramos e queremos voltar.

Não atrapalhou a estadia, mas vaza água do box para o chão do banheiro e isso é chato. Senti falta de sais de banho, já que tem banheira e o hotel é 4 estrelas, isso seria bem agradável se fosse oferecido.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage! Das Zimmer groß und ruhig zum Innenhof! Sehr bequemes Bett! Fenster können geöffnet werden! (Die Reklamation der Suppe wurde mit einer Stornierung und Entschuldigung berücksichtigt! )

Die Qualität des Essens beim Zimmerservice! (Suppe total geschmacklos, alles lauwarm, ohne Abdeckung serviert!)

Geniş, temiz, sessiz ve konforlu odalar. Güler yüzlü personel. Merkeze yakın konum. Havalimanından aktarmasız ve kolay ulaşım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels war angemessen; freundliches Personal; gute Lage

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Teppichböden in den Zimmern; Das Badezimmer war bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber, mit Haaren im Waschbecken und in der Badewanne. Ich habe dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, und das freundliche Personal schickte sofort jemanden, um es zu reinigen. Die Reinigung war jedoch nicht gründlich, und die Haare waren immer noch da.

Great breakfast buffet and customer service with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff of the hotel, to be left a bottle of Brut along with treats in our room during our stay to mark our 30th wedding anniversary. The location of the hotel is next to Belvedere House & gardens and only 20-25mins walk to St. Stephens Platz, also a tram outside brings you to the centre in 10mins. Will defo book again if I ever get a chance to visit beautiful Vienna, there's so much to see and do there. 😊

Just small things that might help...I used the sauna which were very good..but was disappointed the steam room was out of order. Bottled water when topping up the tea and coffee would be a bonus, that was stopped after 2 nights, didn't really understand why? No bigger though.. 😕
