Early check in, parking spaces, breakfast was great, staff friendly. Clean room and updated bath.
The streets were closed throughout the neighborhood making it difficult to find it.

the staff is absolutely fantastic, specially the man that helped us to check in and was always helpful and caring for our needs! our little boy usually doesn’t like new places at first but he was super comfortable here! food at the restaurant is very good quality and taste, despite being a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for!
everyone super friendly!

Excellent modern hotel. Spacious fresh and bright rooms (apartments) with a kitchen, coffee machine and other equipment (including big refrigerator). Contactless check-in via mobile application (room's door are opening with mobile phone). Nice staff on the reception. Good private ungeground parking. It is very interesting hotel - definitely the best place to stay in Chemnitz!

The staff were genuinely helpful. We turned up at 9.45 on a Saturday night and the chef made a plate of vegetables for my slightly fussy wife! The room was huge, and had lots of quirky, tasteful touches. Everything was well thought out. My one suggestion would be to change the name: "boarding-house" in English sounds cheap and a bit tacky, and this was anything but. Recommended.

Great spacious rooms, well equipped for traveling with toddler. Excellent cleanliness and staff responsiveness. Free parking was a nice bonus.

The room was actually like an apartment, with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We enjoyed the large bedroom with two armchairs and lots of storage space. Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was great. We were also happy to have free parking just across the street.
We would prefer a shower rather than a bath tub, but it was not really a problem.

The location is poorly located, in a dangerous zone of Chemnitz and unlit. The staff was unprepared and was only one employee on the whole building and could not understand english at all. To be sorry I would say the hotel was more generated as more apartments without any staff and any help or guidance. Poorly organized for a normal hotel!

There is a fantastic restaurant in the hotel.
It was booked out for the evening but the very nice women at the reception offered to serve me in my room. It was delicious and I enjoyed relaxing in my room with my feet up.
The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I had a balcony and it was extremely quiet. If you have to go to Chemnitz you can make it more enjoyable by staying here. It was definitely the best experience I had in Chemnitz.
