Fire alarm went off in the early morning in some room. Badly managed, and no apology.

I can say that the hotel is clean. new bathroom remodeling

the garage that is paid for is very narrow for parking and has a very unpleasant smell. Hot water takes quite a long time

The hotel is located in the city centre

It was quite hard to find a way into the Hotel despite us being outside the building. The parking was also confusing and apparently we parked in the wrong car park, although we had no information from the hotel to tell us how to get in or where to park. I had notified them that my wife was partially disabled but there was No mention that this Hotel is only on the 14th Floor of the building. That would probably have been OK given the lifts, but during our 3 night stay we had 2 FIRE ALARMS, which meant walking down 14 flights of stairs - pretty difficult for us - I am 76 and my wife is 73 - never mind her condition. The Alarms could well have been triggered by smokers as the lobbies and lifts smelt strongly of cigarette smoke all the time ! All in all a great shame as the accommodation was mostly OK. The Hotel would be well advised to tell clients about the location on the 14th floor and address the problems of smokers and fire alarms

Cleanliness

Breakfast was very limited, interior a bit outdated and my car got towed from the parking

Location is nice, near centre.

Reception doesn't speak english, during whole day there is a worker in a hall, repairing something ( pretty loud ). Due to that reparation, dust was everywhere, even on a floor of my room. No air condition, as it was written on a main page. And that is a hotel of 14 rooms, not as it is presented in the add, as a huge one.
