Gute Lage. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr netter Personal.
Da es an der Hauptstraße direkt liegt, ist es ziemlich laut. Altes Gebäude, muffiger Geruch, stinkender Teppich im Zimmer. Duschgel nur 2 kleine Testmuster.

wir hatten ein Extrazimmer , das war ideal für uns 3.
Leider war es sehr hellhörig, die Vorhänge waren nicht komplett lichtdicht und das Frühstück war irgendwie enttäuschend.

Sehr gepflegte, geräumige Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Fitnessmöglichkeiten und Sauna (die allerdings gegen Aufpreis).
Das nächste mal komme ich besser vorbereitet (Sportkleidung und Bademantel).
Das Frühstück bin ich mittlerweile anders gewohnt. Generell war alles da, was zum Frühstück gehört, der Kaffee sehr gut.
Aber: Marmeladen , Butter u.s.w. waren einzeln als Portionspackung am Buffet. Das könnte nachhaltiger sein.
Das ist aber dann wirlklich jammern auf hohem Niveau ;)

We booked this hotel at the last minute from a Lidl car park in Switzerland as I had to use their WIFi because my data wouldn't work for Switzerland 😉.
We managed to get there on time, and it was quite nicely placed for visiting the Rhine Falls, so long as you have a car that is.
The rooms were very comfortable and it was nice that they had tea/coffee making facilities in the room too.
Despite being near the road, the road noise definitely wasn't an issue as it was quiet at night.
The breakfast was amazing, a nice choice. We initially only booked for one night, but liked it so much we booked another.

This is a great deal if you are on your way to Switzerland or if you want to explore some of the beautiful locations in the area. The breakfast was great and the beds very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and overall the house is nice. I would highly recommend this and stay there again if I am in the area.

We stayed one night, in transit. Everything was fine. The hotel lobby, impressive, with wide stairs, soft carpets and large mirrors, is in tune with the building from 1900. Our room was spacious, modernly furnished, very clean, comfortable beds, quality bedding. With very well insulated windows, without outside noise. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. We visited the nearby picturesque medieval town of Stein am Rhein.

Everything - the hotel was so comfortable, and the staff were super. We had not booked to eat in the restaurant and decided to do so - what a good choice that was. The food and service were superb.

Typical architecture for the area, family owned with heritage. Very friendly staff. We didn’t make use of breakfast because we left early and the breakfast fee was removed from our bill without asking
the mattress was comfortable but the cushions offer little support if you are used to harder cushions
