Tolle Aussicht, sehr nettes Personal und gute Anbindung

Etwas in die Zeit gekommenes Hotel, Lockere Armaturen im Badezimmer & sehr kleines Badezimmer

Sehr gute zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit

Das Hotel liegt sehr praktisch am der Donau mit direktem Blick auf das Parlament. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist auch top. Dazu sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und sehr ruhige und geräumige Zimmer.

One of the rooms had bad plumbing from the shower. Although they tried to fix it, it was a temporary fix and after a few hours, it broke again. A/C was not operating correctly, Budapest was experiencing hot weather and the rooms felt hot as well. Bathrooms need some updating as they look old. Had an issue regarding a payment where I was charged an extra 200euro for our stay. After numerous emails, calls and requests with booking representatives and hotel staff, I got my money back after a month.

Nagyon jó helyen található a szálloda, a parkolás ugyan plusz költség ellenében, de megoldott. Nagyon szűk a parkoló, liftes rendszerrel működik, külön személyzet segítségével, akik -esetünkben- nem túl lelkesen "segítettek". A szoba tágas, az ágy abszolút kényelmes, a reggeli választéka bőséges és jó minőségű. A recepción dolgozók és a felszolgálók kedvesek, segítőkészek.

A szobánk minősége... lelakottnak mondanánk, koszos, kávéfoltos padlószőnyeg, kopottas belső tér, nehezen záródó fürdőszoba ajtó, kopott wc, összességében a szálloda hátsó részében található szobánkra ráférne egy felújítás. A minibár üres volt, amit egy 4 csillagos szállodában nem nagyon értettünk.

The only good things about the hotel are the fast check-in experience and the breakfast staff. The breakfast was almost the same every day but with a wide selection and the staff was very efficient and pleasant.

The stay at the hotel was very disappointing. First of all, we discovered that the mini bar in the rooms has been disconnected for about 4 years, even though it appears as part of the room facilities in the room description. I would like to point out that for me this was an important part of deciding which hotel to choose to stay in. If I had known that there was no active mini bar, I would not have chosen this hotel. I arrived with 2 children and I really needed a mini bar. The staff at the hotel refused to turn on the refrigerator, claiming that since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, the refrigerators had been disconnected and would not be connected. No solution was given to me and it is a matter of misleading the consumer which caused us heartache and wasted time during the vacation we were so looking forward to. We stayed in a suite with a view to the parliament. The 2 rooms had cobwebs with spiders behind the curtain and we had to ask twice for them to come clean. The lighting in the closet and bathroom was very dim and you could barely see anything. We had to ask them to come and change the lamps. And to end the bitter, before leaving I went to the reception at 7 pm and announced that we were expected to leave early in the morning and I asked that they prepare breakfast for us to take away (breakfast we paid for in advance). The guy at the reception said there was no problem, he asked me what the room number was and I thought everything was fine. I even recommended to our friends who were staying with us at the hotel to contact the reception and ask them to prepare breakfast for them as well, and so they did. Amazingly, early in the morning during check-out it turned out to me that our friends had prepared breakfast and we had not. The receptionist didn't even offer us a bun and a box of juice for the kids. The service was disappointing, the information about the hotel is misleading
