Polite girl at reception. despite the fact that everything is very old, in the bathroom we saw that it had been cleaned there.

old furniture, very old, terrible smell, like if someone was smoking. dirty knives in oil, just stood in the knife stand.

Reception is available 24h. We didn't wait too long for a check-in. The apartment is not so close to the city center, but there are plenty of public transportation options nearby. What you pay is what you get. It was comfy with plenty of room for this price.

Towels in the apartment were old and had stains on it, so I didn't use them. Also apartment with 2 beds could just be with one king bed, we had problems with it, because we wanted to sleep sometimes in the middle and next to each other, so what happened was that beds would just separate themselves :((

The only negative experience I had during my stay was the loud and noisy hotel guests late at night who were not accustomed to the silent night rule.

There were 8 of us, including 4 children. Upon arrival we spent a long time filling out forms at the reception. I understand that they have to report to the tourist registration office, but I have never filled out a form this complicated anywhere. The main guest + the names of the others were always enough. Here, a detailed form had to be filled out for each of the 8 guests. Plus the receptionist didn't speak much English. The main problem was the horrible smell in the apartments. I don't know if it was the disinfectant used, poor cleaning, clogged hoods or the smell from the kitchen on the lowest floor. We had to buy scents for the rooms and ventilate constantly. Personally, I don't understand how this accommodation can have a rating of 8.1. For me, probably the worst accommodation I've been to via Booking.com.

I liked the location of the property. The main places we wanted to visit were easily reachable from the apartment, there were supermarkets nearby.

I did not like that the curtains were really dirty and even tough we told them about it, they did nothing to fix it. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it. We asked for an extra bed and the receptionist promised one for the next day, but we never got it. The property would require improvements and better cleaning services. In these conditions we would not come back.

Room is large & quite equipped, there is everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. I was allowed to do a late checkout as the room was free on the next day. All is good.

The Wifi connection was little cranky at times and room key was little bent, so was slightly difficult to open and close the door lock. On arrival, I was asked to pay taxes, but informed them that I already paid while booking, they checked with their manager and allotted me a room without any further payment. Not a big thing but could have been avoided.

The location was great! Even though the metro is not near, the tram and buses lines go very near the hotel and are easy to get to the city center. The administrative team was great! They helped us with our airport transfer

For some reason, we did not have daily cleaning which was only a problem because we did some cooking. Also, there were missing a pan they only had pots in the room. But these are little things.
