Everything was very good. Location excellent , nice breakfest , big room.

Swimming pool is cold. Half of the jacuzzi is not working. Spa is pretty small Reception is not very useful and not very arranging neither. Breakfast was not very good.

Clean, comfortable, smelled fine, location was great to access a lot of restaurants and hot spring for drinking. Strong water pressure. Breakfast had standard continental fare as well as some additional Russian/Czech dishes. I had a headache and asked the front desk if they had aspirin one night. The front desk called around and couldn’t find any but she brought me some vitamin water, tea, and a sippy cup for the hot springs. Very kind and appreciated.

The water in the hot tub could have been hotter, but other than that the spa was nice.

Very close to the bus terminal, staffs are very friendly. The sauna and pool are beyond expectations.

Location is good. Swimming pool was pretty. Dinner is tasty. On dinner everyone can find what he like. For example you can find vegetables, fruits, sausages, bacon, porridge, eggs, different bread and bans, coffee, tea, jogurts and so on.

Its not what I didn't like for this money, just for info that rooms are not big as on hotel's photos.

The spa was small but nice and clean. The breakfast was ok but could be better for a 4 star hotel.

First, people who are working there. The receptionist when we arrived was so rude and impolite that we wanted to leave the second we arrived. Then the guy who took the keys for our car didnt explain anything to us just told us Give me the key. Paying for a parking 18 euros a day and they are taking your key without any word why you need the car keys and the parking was awfull small. Shouldnt take money for that kind of parking and «service». The only person who was nice and polite was a guy when we ate breakfast. another thing, we didnt get slippers for the spa so I asked the cleaning lady about that, she said she is going to check and after one hour of waiting another cleaning lady just comes in in our room without any knocking, nothing, I dont think that was nice and saying that they dont have any slippers left :S So we went with socks to the spa… And the pillows were dirty and awfull to sleep on. Didnt get a nice feeling at all. Luckily we were there just one night. Wouldnt say that that is a 4 star worth hotel.

The hotel was good, breakfasts were not bad. The pool was wonderful! No other guests were there at the lunch time, so we were alone. I asked in advance about a parking place and we were provided with a parking place for additional price.

The bed was rather small for two of us. But we did not know that there was a better double room with a bigger bed. We should have booked it!

The pool and the jacuzzi. The room. The cleanliness, the big bathroom. The location is ideal.

Staff was attentive but the parking is badly advertised - you can't really reserve the spot for your whole stay.

They were super available to change the reservation 2times as we had problem with the first date! So nothing to complain about
