Hotel is the most enjoyable and pristine property we stayed at. They even have their own private park with deers and you can feed the graceful animals. The attention to detail and aesthetics of the hotel, spa, park, restaurant and all the facilities, rooms - is superb. For the child - there was a little bathroom robe and cute set of toiletrees in the room. Each room is unique and a candy for the eye. Tranquility, harmony and joy - is the vibe here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and high tea time at a Michelin star restaurant. Honestly, it's a dream come true! And the stuff - people are exceptionally well trained, professional, kind and attentive. We have memories for life and will definitely come back again and again!

* noon lunch buffet is a bit limited (but it is for free so correct - quality is good) * no welcome drink or fruit basket in the room * extra request for a champaign bottle was missed (but fixed after complaint) * room not very clean, too much old dust (that happens when you choose black brilliant design furniture) -> cleaning problem * a bit on the expensive side for the offered services * toilet is not separated in the bathroom and no door * terrasse was not cleaned up (leaves) * no room service * too many undisciplined kids in the indoor swimming pool -> not a resting zone

great facilities and rooms. excellent service. highlights were the breakfast and the attention ate staff. They helped return a lost watch back to the UK once found and that was a great relief. great to know there are places like these still around were people can be so welcoming and trusted. definitely recommended !

one thing we felt was a bit much was the price of bottle water in the evening, which was not included and cost above 7 eur / bottle if I recall

The outdoor pool in that beautiful huge park. All the provided extras goodies like volleyball net, bikes, trampoline, playground with toys, etc.

Great hotel, very kids friendly. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Highly recommended.

The room cleaning wasn’t great… the left some rubbish behind and didn’t refill the tissue box or TP.
