Very convenient to Sunset Beach. Villa was very clean. Beds comfortable. I would rent this villa again.

This was a great property! The place was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. It was in a perfect location and a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely rent again!

We booked last minute and the communication was quick confirming our stay. I would suggest more information on how to get access to the pool. We lucked out one day as someone let us in but it appears you needed a key card for access and we didn’t realize it. That was the last day so really not an issue.

Great location! Close to Sunset Beach and a short drive to all the fun places in Calabash. Condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated and appointed. The clubhouse was a great place to hangout on a rainy day - indoor pool, game room with pool table and shuffleboard, sports bar/cafe.

We loved the space, the view, the two separate suites, and the location. It was a lovely stay, and we plan to return!

Upon entry, the air was a little stale, but that was remedied by the HVAC system. The site was clean, everything I used worked. Being at the beach, the ocean related decor was a delight and the bedding was comfortable. In addition, the view off the deck was pretty. So what was the shortcoming? We were there when the weather was not the most favorable - a lot of rain the week before Christmas 2022. It is then that you want a good TV system. We had access to 3 TV's, but only the smaller one in the bedroom had streaming ability. I highly recommend that streaming service be added to the larger TV in the living room.

Short on Nothing. You won’t be disappointed! Very clean, beds comfortable, great location, shower pressure strong. Kitchen completely equipped.less than 2 miles to sunset beach.

We stayed for a weekend and wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was clean, spacious with beautiful views. Hoping to stay again in the future!

The unit is spacious but needs some loving care. The biggest complaint was the tub and sink were not draining in the bathroom so had to take a shower with tub full of water. It took the tub to drain 2 hours or more so this has been an issue for some time. The walls were dirty in bathroom along with both tub and sink not draining. I had to ask the question the cleaning people should have caught the issues which makes me question the cleaning of this unit. My first experience with this type of rental not inpressed.

This unit was a beautiful, comfortable getaway for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and tidy. Everything was great except for the dial up speed WiFi.

This condo is in a prime area of all of our Favorite places! Just a short drive to Sunset beach. 10 minutes to Calabash, 10 min to Ocean Isle. We loved the balcony that overlooked the golf course, with a pond. The condo itself was very clean and updated. Great layout. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo was very nice and check in was a breeze. The grounds are beautiful and a convenient location to beach. There are 3 grocery stores very close…Food Lion, Lowe’s and Publix. The only negative is all the sand. When you visit the public beach access there’s not always always available to spray off. So, it’s all in the car, and then at the condo there’s nowhere to spray off either. (If there is I didn’t see it.) I don’t think there’s anything the condo owner can do…but it’s definitely worth noting.

Myself and two girlfriends took a last minute trip to getaway. This rental was perfect. Clean, spacious, and a quick drive to the beach. Overall a great experience. I will say a couple notes, the coffee pot is really outdated and gross. Don't expect any toiletries. The pillows are very flat. But overall it was great for us.

When we first booked, my mom saw the pictures and actually told me it was too good to be true. I was relieved to tell her she was wrong when we arrived! Balcony, beautiful oceanic decor with plenty of light, fresh linens, washer and dryer, FULL kitchen, bathroom FANS which I love and cannot get at hotels. 2 minute drive to the beach! We wanted for nothing! I think we’re switching over from hotels to VRBOs. I will also be following our realtor. She definitely knows her stuff 👍nice job! 👏🏽

I rented this condo because we had a baseball tournament in Ocean Isle. It was close to the ball field and the beach. The condo was exactly as it was listed. Clean and well kept. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot. We have family in sea trail do this was a nice central location. Clean , everything you need. Nice little spot.

Really nice location and cute property with a nice view of a pond and not a bad view for sunsets. The master bedroom mattress is a little more worn than I like but not bad. Both coffee pots were broken and no kitchen wash cloths or towels but that's easily resolved. I would recommend staying here.

The room was clean and beautiful. I messaged the point of contact to verify address, no reply. I messaged for the key code,no reply. At check-in time, key code given via email a few days ago, was not the correct code. Hours after I was supposed to check in, still no reply. I was trying to be patient and calm since we had an event to attend and things do happen, but we were not happy about the situation. Our plans were changed and we had to call various people on this website to get a new code hrs after our set check in time. The coffee maker was also not working and I didn't know that until it was time for coffee. I understand that things come up and issues arise, but communication is key for these rentals and I am still very frustrated about my experience. We got charged for golfing? We don't play, and we had to pay extra to use their pool. This trip did not go like we expected at all.

The check in process was easy and the emails were precise. the condo was clean and in great condition. The after hours team was not very helpful and did not follow up to our question, which ended up being a non issue, but still it would have been nice to get a call back. Overall, excellent experience.

The condo was spacious and had modern amenities. We did pay to use the community pool and enjoyed it. Ample parking and easy access to the unit. Quiet setting. Would definitely recommend.

Fridge had tons of finger prints (obviously not wiped down recently) and floors had dust and debris under some of the furniture.Also, more that one trash bag and a full roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. One roll was completely empty and the other had two sheets left.Otherwise, we do like this rental and overall would probably recommend it to others.
