Friendly staff, nice pool, good A/C. Staff made us feel safe, bc they wrote down the Uber/Taxi numbers that we took on/off the premises. Pools were really cool, with iguanas hanging out all over. The grounds were well kept.

The noise from the construction was awful. We were on the 8th floor, and could not take a nap during the day. The drilling, jack hammer, banging noises etc happened from 8am-8pm.

nothing! the resort is 30 (!) years old, no renovation was done whatsoever. the bath tub is with actual rust, the water pressure is slow, the rooms are with super old furniture and not clean!

dirty sheets, dirty coffeemaker… absolutely helpless staff, only one manager was nice enough to acknowledge the condition of the hotel. food was mediocre. PLS BE AWARE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWIM ON THAT BEACH AS THERE ARE CROCODILES (also mantra ray and jelly fish, but crocodiles are really at the shore and attack swimmers, and there are signs everywhere warning of it).

The location because I can bike from the property to my brother’s house and many restaurants are walking distance too.

The ceiling of our room collapsed and the Hotel’s manager Mr. Ruben Escalante just honored 70,000 points to my Marriott Rewards. It was a shocking experience and we deserve much more.

Buena ubicación. NO tuve oportunidad de tomar alimento en el hotel. El entorno del hotel es muy agradable. Gimnasio y piscinas muy bien La atención del personal excelente, muy amables

No estuve mucho tiempo en el hotel como para emitir un comentario sobre algo que no mes gustara. Si había algo de ruido, pero justificable por las obras

Only , the pool and beach bar . But still has the building work going on all day

Large amounts of construction happening, there is major renovation on the top floors . Aircon is damp , everything in the room feels damp . Rooms with a-joining doors are very very loud , you can hear everything happening in the room next door Building next door had music till 3am Saturday night

La ubicación me pareció perfecta

1.-las toallas de baño las dejaban en el mismo. Lugar donde las dejábamos para secar y no las acomodaban en su lugar. 2.- No permiten el acceso a la playa después de ponerse el sol por la probable PRESENCIA DE COCODRILOS. No nos toco ver uno pero en la habitación si nos toco ver una de las cucarachas más grandes que he visto en mi vida. 3.- No se si tengan prohibido a los recepcionistas manejar dinero. Pero en una ocasión de noche el taxista no tenía cambio y les pedí de favor que me cambiaran un billete pero contestaron que no tendrían dinero hasta dentro de tres horas. Tuve que subir hasta mi habitación y dejar a mi esposa empeñada con el taxista
