Children friendly room, there was no provision for the kids

The room was in such a bad bad condition. Switches broken, floor and furniture dirty and with old bedding. On top of this, the room was stinking. I feel extremely cheated for paying even 10 eur for this room, while in reality i paid 217 eur for one night. Booking team, you shall reimburse me this amount. Because it is your responsibility to share actual reviews about a hotel. I booked this hotel based on your recommendation and it turned out to be a disaster stay for me. I have lost trust in your recommendations. How can you list hotels which are not keeping up with a basic cleanliness and order? Please reply.

The hotel is located in a very noisy area, it’s neglected, dirty, the rooms were extremely dirty and stinky as well, there is no possibility to ventilate it because of the noise from the busy road and the main train station. The drain of the shower was clogged. When we arrived the receptionist couldn’t speak English and wasn’t at all enthusiastic to help. In the morning the new receptionist demanded money for the parking although I booked a hotel with free parking. At least when she heard how terrible my experience was, she decided not to charge us for that. Important to mention: this poor stay cost us 117 euros,

No airconditioning. It was 38 degrees with two kids on the top floor. It was unbearable to stay in the heat of this apartment.

When arriving late (22:00) the instructions to pick up key under our name did not work as this is a shared safetybox and someone else had taken our key. We had to try the phone-number, I did not work. After that try to run around the dark hotel-hallways, to try to talk to other clients, in the end we understood that someone else had checked in in our room. After discussions with other clients who as well told us that they called the hotel-after-hour-number (don’t know why I did not work when we called) because their key was missing were instructed “just to take one” as all arriving rooms were double-rooms. We got in our family-room as they were only 2 people (and had obviously taken our keys because they had a envelope with my name on it) we were 4, but I ask my self why the hotel uses a shared safety-box for last arrivals and has no control or responsibility to make sure that the correct clients is in the correct room. And for many safety-reasons, we were given only 1 key from the couple, they stated that this was the only one, but how do I know that these strangers did not keep another key to our room? Because who gives a family of 4 only one room-key, I had no one to ask and had no choice then to trust them but did not sleep much because of that feeling. And if there is a fire, how can the hotel make sure who is checked in and where?… When we came in the beds were made but the toilet paper was not filled up (remind you that we are a family of 4) and no spare rolls in any of the many cabinets/wardrobe/small kitchenette. As I was late and had no one to ask (all guests seemed to was asleep by now) had to head the streets of Lyon but without no luck as I did not find any open kiosk or store, and it seemed a bit dangerous in the area at this time. Last but not least, when I came back, I wanted to charge my phone so I pulled the bedside lamp just were it attaches to the wall and got a big surprise as I got electrocuted!

No staff on arrival even tho they said 11.30 No info for parking Trains track right behind us. No air conditioning. Literally left after 1 hour and just got back on the road

The staff was really friendly and service minded. Great parking underneath the hotel which was super convenient

the apartment was really worn down and the kitchen did not seem super clean. The AC did not work so we had a very warm night

There is all you need for in the flat to Cook something rapidly and the coffee machine was a good idea

I have reservedt a flat with a parking place, when I arrive at 11am I take my documents to access the room from the security man ... Unfortunately there was no code for me to access the parking....I have showed him my reservation online ticket and told him that this includes the car park but he said that he can not allow me to access the parking because I don't have a code....I was very upset. It has taken half a hour to convince him. After that it was very hot in the flat we couldn't sleep all the night

Too warm, too noisy. Cant keep windows open cause of traffic whole night. Kitchen does not have enough things to make food. Balcony was dirty.

Nothing! The shower was broke, the bath didnt work, the water was cold, it was horribly dirty!! Oh, and the loud train sounds which makes you cannot sleep.
