Room was heated enough, staff was friendly, location was great, everything within walking distance. The bus from the airport stops 500m awaa,very convenient.

The hotel is near the main street,so traffic can bother you if your ears are sensitive. The photos of breakfast were not as it was. We are not fans of sweets for breakfast.and there was too much of that and not much of other stuff. Wifi kept throwing out.

They even had powerful hair dryer!(You have to ask)

Shower was a little small. Bathroom get wet easily

Location is good for exploring Naples.

The room was very warm on arrival, we turned on the air-con before sleeping to cool the room, only to wake up in the middle of the night and the temperature had risen to 31c. We turned off the air-con at that point, but it was impossible to cool the room and made for an uncomfortable stay. We raised this with staff at check-out the next morning and they said to contact them directly for a discount. We did this and the hotel blamed Italian law and did not apply a discount as promised - if they knew this was a problem they should have informed us at check-in not to use the air-con system.

Next to a very busy street. Quite soundproof walls, though. Also the aircon works as white noise. The bathroom was quite spacious, but felt a bit old and used. Breakfast was ok, but mostly cakes, fruit (that was often surrounded by flies) and toast bread The aircon in room 408 was making a clicking noise If you are in room 408 you might be woken up by the breakfast preparations upstairs

Staff was super friendly and accommodating I had to check in a day early and they were more than happy to do so as well as food suggestions for me in the area.

breakfast could be better with more salty things and better bread. also maybe boiled eggs could be good!price for the night is quite high for this level of the hotel i think. but this is Napoli and it seems alla hotels there are expensive.

The positioning is great if you want to stroll through the city, because the hotel is somewhat half way between the Piazza del Plebiscito or Palazzo Reale on one side, and the historical center on the other side. I also want to praise the soundproofing, because our room was facing the highly-trafficked, noisy, cobblestone street in front of the hotel, and yet we were able to sleep like babies, the room was surprisingly quiet. Happy with our stay overall.

Receptionist #1 is very nice, offered me a cold water bottle, and helped me find transportation to Herculaneum. Receptionist #2 was also very nice and helped me get to the Archaeological Museum using the Metro. I discussed eating breakfast and calling a cab the next morning.

I did not care for receptionist #3: When I asked if he had any tooth paste, couldn't help. When I asked for a water bottle at night, he said that the cabinet was locked. The following morning I explained what I had discussed with the previous receptionist and he called the cab to arrive immediately, confused, I asked about breakfast and his response was "no breakfast". Lastly, I did not care for the 50 Euro deposit put on my card for "breakage" .

Its a pity there are a lot of stairs, my mum who has mobility problems found it very difficult. There are stairs to get in the hotel and stairs to go to have breakfast. A person who is in a wheelchair will find it very difficult.

the property was really lovely. the welcome and chill area were a lot more colourful than the bedrooms. lovely light options for breakfast. great base for being out and about all day
