Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und wurden schon morgens von dem sehr freundlichen Personal, insbesondere von Tony : -) mit einem Strahlen und einem 'Fantastico" begrüßt. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker, Lage des Hotels sehr schön, kostenloser Shuttlebus mehrmals täglich nach Sorrent, Zimmerreinigung sehr gut, Dach-/Frühstücksterrasse mit super Aussicht auf den Golf von Neapel und Vesuv

A atenção dos funcionários e especialmente do Sr. TONY ( o fofo) no dia a dia no restaurante. Este é um personagem único em simpatia, sempre com largo sorriso e transmitindo muita alegria a todos hóspedes. Em minhas diversas viagens pela Europa jamais me deparei com uma pessoa tão espetacular. Só a presença do TONY e de seus colegas, no serviço do restaurante, já vale permanecer nesse hotel. Sem contar que o café da manhã é excelente e o cardápio do restaurante fora de série, vale pedir ao TONY um peixe para ele preparar na sua frente.
O Hotel possui parceria com ônibus ( super confortável) que leva os hóspedes até o centro de Sorrento, praticamente de hora em hora. Eu aluguei carro em Nápoles, se soubesse disso não teria alugado, o carro ficou parado no estacionamento do próprio hotel. Este ônibus é um serviço excelente facilita muito o ir e vir entre o Hotel e Sorrento. O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado. A suite confortável, limpa e com vista para Sorrento. Super recomento.

Lovely hotel, not too big, staff were very helpful and friendly. The view was amazing. Regular free shuttle bus into Sorrento town was very useful. Our room was lovely with balcony and sea view. Everywhere very clean. Breakfast and evening meal great. Would definitely stay again 👍

The staff! The rooms are plain, but clean! But the staff are wonderful! The food is wonderful!Even our shuttle bus driver, Pasquale was amazingly wonderful ♥️

Outside areas were great with spectacular views.
Pool was superb.
Courtesy bus to Sorrento was reliable.
Breakfast items were not replenished.
If you arrived for breakfast after 9 you were lucky to get anything.

Loved the hotel !! Thank ye for a wonderful 4 days see ye in September! I only have 1 negative and its not a complaint . The bed sheets were a bit outdated but that's nothing to complain about . The staff were amazing and so friendly! Thank ye ! Also no tea or coffee in the room which some guests like .

Most amazing view of Mount Vesuvius. Very welcoming and friendly staff who were really helpful with train and bus schedules. The shuttle bus was very convenient to get in and out of the centre of sorrento

Hotel was spotless, our room was comfortable. All the staff were incredible, very very helpful.
We Felt menu for evening meal a little sparce esp if u were to eat there all the time. And small bottle of beer was €5.50

The view fron the restaurant, as well from the room, is really beautiful.
The food is so-so. As an example, we had the dinner at the restaurant. They have served 1/2 portion of pasta extra expensive and not on the description that they were saying (no ham inside). Honestly, i think that they have divided a full potion for the two of us, but thay have charged us fully. I was given the feedback, but they said that this is a full portion. it seemed not right, compared wuth the orders that orhers had.

Very good location with mangnifient views over Sorrento to bay or view to gardens. Availability of pool, good breakfast. But what we valued is the free of charge shuttle to/from Sorrento - running thru the day, evere hour until late night.

the property is just beautifully located and as a whole a very clean well presented incredible hotel. the views are just amazing, staff are very welcoming especially the gentleman at the bar
they don’t advertise all rooms online, so the room we got wasn’t what we chose online

Great view! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The shuttle was really convenient.
Only little things. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom and no vent in there, and the jacuzzi was only a stream of cold water inside the pool. Otherwise it was excellent.

The view was amazing
The hotel quite far from Sorrento center. You have to take the shuttles (20 min drive) in order to get there. You can’t walk by foot. In addition, the sleeping mattress weren’t comfortable at all.

the hotel was amazing in all aspects! the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean as whistle and the view was incredible! we booked the room on the same day and the hotel staff upgraded us to a deluxe room with an amazing view of sorrento.
a bit far from sorrento itself, there are shuttles but the timetable wasn't very comfortable for us (it does go out many times a day so maybe it just didn't work out for us).
Also the room lacked amenities - coffee and a bottle of water for example
