The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved the staircase, and I used the elevator for the suitcases. Tho pool was beautiful as was the landscaping. I just enjoyed the whole setting and experience. The two restaurants next to the hotel were really nice.

It would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant or provided sandwiches when we were tired and didn't feel like going out. In Italy, nobody delivers food like in the US.

Viesnīca atrodas ļoti skaistā vietā, tuvu pie Florences vecpilsētas. Viesnīca ir grezna, ar brīnišķīgu interjeru. Baseins ir fantastisks. Garšīgas brokastis. Mums piedāvāja labāku numuru bez papildu maksas, ar terasi.

Lai arī tika piešķirts labāks numuriņš, nepatika mazie lodziņi un zemie griesti. Numurā nebija seifa.

Good location and interior

Staff at the reception is very picky, asked me to go back to my office in the night to take my passport because picture was not enough, and my girlfriend has original one for herself but still he create a drama, because photo was not enough for the check in, even with promise to bring the morning after. He said no. Very unwelcoming check in.

Tolles, authentisches kleines Hotel mit Parkplätzen auf dem Hof gegen Gebühr. Das Zimmer war 1a sauber, gut ausgestattet, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür aber toll gepflegt! Zu Fuß ca 30 Minuten bergab zum Zentrum. Auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken war wirklich toll, auch das Buffet hat alles geboten, was man brauchte. Gerne wieder!

Grandioses Hotel, tolle Ausstattung, schöner Garten mit Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstück (in Italien die absolute Ausnahme) und sehr nettes Personal, das in allen Lebenslagen (wir waren mehrere Tage krank) sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war.

Nicht. Nur eine Dusche, die nicht ganz schloss. Nicht der Rede wert.

the room size was good.

The bed was hard. The breakfast offerings were the same thing every day and that became boring. Also, I found a long hair in my cream croissant and the scrambled eggs were under cooked. The staff was not warm and friendly and that made me feel uncomfortable on the property. We arrived at the hotel at around 5 pm. The hotel folder stated that the bar offered sandwiches. When I asked for some sandwiches, a man told us he could only give us toast. We were told there were two restaurants within walking distance. we ended up going to both during our stay and the food left a lot to be desired. During our stay, we were caught in the cold and rain, and we called the hotel to ask if they would call a taxi for us. They refused. This hotel is not in a good location for walking.

Veldig vakkert hotell i et stille og rolig område av byen. Nydelig hage, terrasse, frokost og basseng. Alt var veldig bra!!
