Que les photos du site ne représentent pas l’établissement lui même mais plutôt le bâtiment de l’autre côté de la rue

Wonderful staff. Delicious food. Stupendous location . We thoroughly enjoyed and we strongly recommend this hotel.
Water pressure in the shower was strong and leaked into the floor in the washroom. No biggie.

Great swimming pool right on the lake. There is a pool bar with staff that do take your order from your pool side table. However, it could take a bit to get any service. Also, lunch down at the pool was nearly impossible, so busy. Couldn’t get anyone to come take our order. The room with the balcony facing the lake was great. Slightly small but expected. Air conditioning worked well. There really wasn’t anywhere close by to walk to or to go eat other than the hotel. So, you end up spending nearly breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. More of an all inclusive American experience than a real Italian experience. We would not stay again. Check in service and check out were both very slow and for the price felt very generic. The hotel spa was nice but was not included in the price. Paid an additional 22 euro for 45 minute slot.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, especially for Italy. The location was perfect, the food was great and the views were exceptional.
The staff were for the most part really excellent, but there were a few very unhelpful and very rude individuals.

The hotel was well located near the ferry boat pier and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

The staff were incredibly friendly, and welcoming! the views were wonderful and the spa was lovely. The breakfast was perfect and again the staff were wonderful.
It is slightly far away from everything at lake como, we were constantly on the go travelling around.

We staid at the Imperiale a few times over the last 5 years.
Excellent location with convenient parking. Breakfast with a wide range of options, all of high quality. Clean and comfortable rooms. Small but well equipped fitness center.
I highly recommend this place!

Good location and fine dining restaurant was very nice.
We paid for the top suite which was very underwhelming. plain and functional, not special at all and hugely overpriced. Technology in room dated and broken coffee machine. Bar area and casual restaurant has no atmosphere and no effort made to make them look nice and inviting. staff were mixed. breakfast staff were good but reception and concierge well below standard. Dinner reservation made at reception never passed on to restaurant for example. Charging for car parking when paying over £1300 per night was outrageous.

The room was clean and straightforward. The morning meal was full of different flavours, from the smoked salmon to the omelette chef and the flowing mimosas and the great fruit. The service was attentive and pleasant.
Based on the pictures, I imagined a more luxurious hotel. The hotel was good, but it is easy to be tricked when you have an image of something. The top concierge has two keys - and the attitude was too much about him. The lack of knowledge of gourmet restaurants in the area was very disappointing.

Really liked the fact they knew it was my birthday and brought me up a tart with a candle and happy birthday written on it. That attention to detail is exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was right by the lake, which was perfect.
