Fantastic location in Montecatini, 5 blocks from the train station and two from the main street. Great hotel and spa, clean rooms, nice bathroom and AC. An amazing view from the restaurant, buffet breakfast included and the staff brings it directly to your table so you don’t have to leave your group and just relax.

The Breakfast is wonderful! Full breakfast with all the fixings! The hotel is clean. Rooms are clean and towels are fresh. Internet works well. The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants night club, Boutiques and more. Hotel Staff is friendly.

The hotel was very warm. The air conditioner was working but very low. The rooms, lobby and breakfast area were very warm.

Room is nice, big one and clean so plus for people who clean rooms. Big plus for waiters in restaurant Ivan and Jerome (from Philippines), really friendly and helpful so they increased rates for this hotel.

On reception not so good experience since they forgot to make reservation for garage and just told there is no space without offering solution. After arguing with them finally someone polite offered solution. Garage is extremely small and hard to park your car. Across the street is disco on a terrace so very loud music till 23 - 23.30h (sometimes longer).

Location was good. And outside the building was nice.

Our bathtub was leaking and every time we showered the bathroom floor was flooded. There was a smell of smoke in the room when the air conditioner was working.

the furniture is very poor and uncomfortable. not enough chairs and armchairs. there are no shelves in the closet. for that kind of money there could be a kettle or a coffee machine with tea, coffee and sugar. in the end, you can spend the night, but you can’t live

A very kind staff serves an excellent breakfast. The restaurant's location is very scenic, as it is positioned on the last floor: one can admire the beautiful hilly landscape around the hotel. The spa is beautiful and you can spend hours there. The experience in the different kinds of pools is relaxing. You can also enjoy two different kinds of sauna, a steam bath and a Kneipp therapy for circulation. You can choose massages of different kinds. There is no garden outside the structure, but it is near beautiful parks, such as the huge Tettuccio Park where one can walk freely and find beautiful spa palaces in an ornate liberty style
