la vue sur la mer et la baie. l'emplacement en centre ville, tout près de la rue piétonne. La qualité des équipements et de la salle de bain. les persiennes qui donnent une belle lumière. un parking au bord de la plage juste en face de l'hôtel et les carabinieri en faction à l'entrée dans la nuit. Rapallo permet d'aller facilement à Santa Margherita toute proche; à Portofino et à Camogli, et ceci pour un tourisme toute l'année, car l'automne et l'hiver y sont très agéables aussi sur la côte ligure.

It was 1980’s shabby.. my top floor room was awful.. curtains dangling .. shower curtain.. very basic bed .. more like a cheap hostel than a hotel

Beautiful rooms with paintings on the walls. Close to the sea. Nice bathrooms and room service. Big room.

Poor English of the staff. There were many things missing at the breakfast - empty plates if you were not the first at the breakfast. Miscommunication about check out time. Slow internet.

Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ensure all reception staff can speak English.

Room very old with old furniture, full of mosquitos mattress separated under the fitting sheet it’s uncomfortable ‘ no safe available in the rooms , very hot inside the rooms with no AC working ‘ value for money is terrible it’s not even at a level of a hostel ‘ worst hotel I have ever stayed in entire life ‘ pictures on websites are just a scam !!! I don’t recommend it all
