This place makes its $ bc it’s in a great location
The night staff was okay on check in but the overnight staff wouldn’t provide the wofi password then come to find out it only works in certain areas not 510. There seem to be similar reviews during festivals
Wi-Fi didn’t work in room only when you got in bot to go to lobby bed wss itch scratch long Johns style and so uncomfortable . While it wss large it needs a major update including the ability to turn the AC on. 23 had to open the rooms bc the AC would go below 23 math it..

The staff were great, helpful, friendly and willing to meet our wishes.
The location is perfect right in the centre of town, and in the old part of the city which is the most attractive.
There was no restaurant facilities or drink making utilities in the room.I would book again

the space is very nice
the sheets had some dirt, the sink in the bathroom had some issues. no water in the room, no tea, no chairs on the balcony. the rooms and the hotel look very old. not a 4 star hotel.

Perfect location, just next to Forlì's main square. Kind staff, happy to provide any necessary piece of information. Enjoyed my stay, totally worth it.

The hotel is located in the city center in a vibrant area. There were many restaurants and bars offering meals and snacks nearby. The room was clean. The internet connection was working very well.
It was a pleasant stay, but I would claim, the service of the hotel and the conditions are not for 4 stars, i.e. the hotel is not serving breakfasts.

awkward wifi with an impossible combination of user and password codes you have to re-enter every time you enter the room which are different for each guest.

The hotel is located in a location very close to the center. Whenever I can, I will gladly return!

Fruit basket
Bathroom was completely broken, floor, dangerous, crane was broken, sink was broken, shower door was broken. Bed was not comfy, mantras was very hard. I booked for a long weekend, 2 nights. I survived 2 nights, could not sleep because of the noice and bed was awful, never again! TV was attached to the wall, it was half broken. Due to safety reasons, I did not switch it on. I booked the Executive room! I would advise not book this hotel.

Location perfect for seeing the city, the square being only a couple of minutes away. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops etc very close. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly

Very convenintly located, easy to access. What I most appreciated, however, was extraordinary hospitality by the staff, the meticulos attention to detail in the entire facility, the coziness, the remarkable cleanliness, the facilities, and the very personal touch. I will come back for sure !
