Wonderful location with the touch of history and beautiful views. The park with old trees is marvelous. Free parking.

Wi-fi doesn’t work most of the time. It was crucial for our job. And when the network disappeared completely and I texted the host asking for solution I was given the answer that “all Italy has the same problem, you can google”. Honestly, it’s not true. Cleaning claimed they wouldn’t be able to do their job in 30 min (we asked them, when they came). So we didn’t have cleaning. At 11am or never- strange rule. Too poor even for typical Italian breakfast. Check-in is said to be till 7pm. We arrive at 7pm. But all that waited for and welcomed us was the long text with the instructions how to do self-check-in. We had been at this villa 5 years ago with absolutely different impressions and that time we saw that it had been neglected, unfortunately.

We've been looking forward to getting back to the Villa since our first stay in 2019. It was great to see the Villa again as you come through the gates. It's still as comfortable as before and still the perfect spot to base for Lucca and Pisa.

Three years older and with more luggage doesn't make the stairs any easier. There's very little that can be done with the age and construction of the building but a dumbwaiter would be a nice addition if it were possible.

Our breakfast was substantial and served at the table with a smile. The restaurant had a really good menu, with plenty of freshly cooked choices. It had a really nice atmosphere and in fine weather there was the opportunity to eat and drink outside. Our room was a really good size.

The bathroom was very small, and a solid shower enclosure instead of the shower curtain would have made for a more relaxing shower as the curtain kept blowing inwards and getting in the way!

Amazing building, very well kept villa, nice grounds/gardens and footpaths. Very friendly staff. Restaurant next to the hotel is marvellous, perfect stopover when passing through.

The location is very special and appealing. Both the villa as the surrounding gardens. The room was fine, but hygiene, facilities and bedding could be better.

I didn't see the hosts on my arrival day, there was no soap in my exterior bathroom and there are a lot of mosquitos (mainly outside). The mosquito net in my room was inadequate, way too small to really protect.

Hotel is located in a really idyllic historic castle and very close to Pisa. There is free parking on the grounds. The staff is really friendly and they serve excellent breakfast in the courtyard!

Unfortunately, the aircon was really loud and didn't cool down the room properly, also the beds were highly uncomfortable.. With some renovation (new beds!) of the rooms this place would be a real jewel!

The Villa is a very luxury place, where you can feel yourself like you are taking part in filming an Italian movie from 70-80s. The reception area is breath-taking, the yard and restaraunt area are very romantic and a bit magic. At night it looks like a haunted house. Really lovely personal - we were feeling very welcome! We tsayed for 6 nights and were happy with the choice - you can visit Pisa, Lucca, drive to the sea & Beach, natural parks. Room is big enough for a longer stay, and the breakfast is included. For breakfast you can have some fruits / oats / yogurt - instead of sweats, but this you need to communicate. Also very great restaurant for dinner there with a special discount for guests of hotel (we were there twice).

The mosquitoes are everywhere and even the net in the room are not holding them back (please take some spray with you in the summer). The air conditioner is really loud and it is hard to fall asleep, because of the noise (if you open the window the cicadas sind also qiute loud). So it was a quest for us to figure out the night room logistics and find the compromise. Apart from that - all great and we happy we stayed there :)

Staying at Villa di Corliano is a wonderful experience. The building and surroundings are absolutely stunning, our room was beautiful and spacious and all of the staff we very friendly and helpful. The breakfast outside was particularly lovely and we would most definitely recommend this hotel to all. We felt very peaceful in the tranquil surroundings. Thank you

Charming, peaceful, relaxing. Great place to come home to after a busy day, or spend the morning with a good book. Great restaurant.

the villa locates in a nice park

we booked 2 connecting rooms but 1 is without toilet nor air cooler, so it is uncomfortable; we arrived 15 minutes earlier at 3.30pm instead of 4pm, and the reception is closed, so it was a bit stressful not knowing whether we will be able to get in at all.

Very nice an unique place. Great garden. Staff was very welcoming. We liked the breakfast.

No sound isolation in the rooms, we find it very had to sleep. You can hear everything in the corridor or room next to you.

Dinner in the restaurant in the grounds was superb. You can eat inside or outside. Wonderful setting and great quality. Breakfast was served outdoors in the garden. The property, its interior and its grounds are very impressive. And they were very accomodating about our need for an early start the following day.
