Breakfast features a great selection

Very luxurious. The hotel is very impressive from the outside and inside. Our room was spacious (think we booked next grade up) and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and could be eaten on the terrace.

A small downside is that the hotel held a wedding our first day and a communion party the second day. All the outside seating was taken up by the guests so we had to stay inside. On the up side, we did get to see the firework display!

The hotel is located in the impressive big, old palace. The rooms are equipped with old furniture, which goes with the style of the old palace. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The only remark we have, it was quite cold in the room. Fortunately it was possible to put an extra blanket on the bed.

But the big problem was the lack of the organisation of the parking for hotel guests. On the date of our staying in the hotel, big event is going on and it was impossible to park the car. They said us to circulate till find a parking space. We didn’t find it so we drove away, stay in the city centre till the evening and came back to the hotel. Very inconvenient! The stuff in the hotel is not very kind or they are quite indifferent, that is the better expression. I really can’t recommend this hotel, maybe during the summer time and without some event is going on at the same time, with crowd of the people with cars.

Very nice hotel, like a palace. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast too! The car charger was very useful, we could start with 100% charged battery in the morning.

The room was enormous! breakfast was served in a very beautiful set of rooms and was very good and varied.

we hated the fact that we stayed on a Saturday night when there was a wedding celebration going on at the other end of the hotel. The noise didn’t stop before midnight. in other words..avoid weekends!

Hotel building looks like a palace, it is really great. Lunch in the restaurant was very cheap and quite good (you could choose any 2 meals with glass of wine a coffee for 28 euro). Breakfast is very good. Large and clean and warm room

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at: 1. On arrival the reception staff were abrupt and unfriendly. This did not change for the entire stay. 2. When asked if we could book the hotel restaurant- NO without explanation 3. On the second night we tried to book again with the same response. 4. There was no room service available for the entire stay. 5. When we ordered Uber Eats, reception told us NOT TO EAT ON THE BED. Maybe the reception was judging us on her own standards. 6. While the room provided was aesthetically pleasing, the window opened directly onto a busy traffic filled road with constant loud noise. 7. The shower water on the first night was tepid. 8. We had to park a long way from the entrance and lug our luggage across very difficult terrain.

One of the most beautiful hotels ever! Just huge and super nice rooms. Great restaurant as well! Amazing breakfast

The location is absolutely perfect! The palace pops up in the middle of a industrial zone.

Contrary to the location, the beauty of the palace, the reception was very disappointing and very unfriendly. Most travelers have had a long journey and wish to be welcomed with a warm welcome. The lady at check in only paid attention to the minimum of the check in. We also had to wait 20 minutes - after mentioned check-in time - until the room was clean. The waiting area was very poor in interior and a drink would have been contribute to a warm welcome. We paid a lot of money for an overnight stay in a special environment. We got the impression that the guests don't matter. There was also a wedding going on in the afternoon/evening/night, so you didn't get to sleep. Not serious in itself, but we would have liked to know this during booking to have a choice.

Italian zoning (there is none) means a mix of industry, housing, agriculture and roading. This beautiful estate should have been left in the countryside. Enjoyed the walk behind the Palace but would like to have learnt more about its history and the area

A hotel, meant as a building. Perfect breakfast.

We were in the hotel accommodation as a family with children, and only for 2 nights. We wouldn't be able to last much longer here anyway. This is a really beautiful hotel, rather intended for business clients, or for organizing celebrations, weddings, etc. It is not very suitable for a holiday stay for families with children. Next, I have to pick up the perfect breakfast. But here, unfortunately, I have to end the positive evaluation, Basically, our whole stay was spoiled by the arrogant staff (part of it) of the hotel bar. In truth, we have never encountered anything like this anywhere else before. The word "guest" is a completely unknown concept here. In addition, the quality of the drinks was dismal. In any case, we will not visit this hotel again in the future.

This experience was like stepping onto the movie set of a period drama. The hotel is palatial, opening up with period splendour at the end of a long drive fronted by imposing gates. We arrived at about 11pm, so the manicured grounds and long statue-lined hallways were quite magical. The bar was closed but a really helpful staff member fetched us two glasses of prosecco. The room was huge and the bed was big enough to fit a family, so we slept soundly. We awoke to a breakfast that was much more generous and diverse than I had come to expect in Italy, where a brioche and coffee seems to be the standard morning fare. We ate on an impossibly long veranda outside the breakfast rooms, overlooking the building and grounds. We left, well rested, well fed and feeling rather special. I'm surprised at such value for the price we paid and recommend it heartily.

I cannot think of any way that our experience might have been improved.
