Ίσως από τις ελάχιστες φορές που δεν μας απογοήτευσε κάτι.
Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό κ χαμογελαστό, έτοιμο στην οποία ερώτηση να μας βοηθήσει.
Ειδικά το βράδυ που λόγω κάποιον προβλημάτων απ το αεροδρόμιο φτάσαμε κατά της 1.00 τα μεσάνυχτα, ήταν εκεί ξαπλωμένος (δεν θυμάμαι τ όνομα του) στο καναπέ να μας περιμένει κ να μας κουβαλήσει κ τις βαλίτσες στο όροφο.
Φοβερος
Τα δωμάτια υπέροχα, καθαρά, πολύ πολύ άνετη οι χώροι, το πρωινό πολύ ωραίο με ετοιμασία που γινόταν την ίδια στιγμή.
Ο εξωτερικός χώρος κατάφυτο από λουλούδια, υπέροχος για ανάπαυση κ χαλάρωση.
Μας άφησε μια πολύ όμορφη ανάμνηση.
Μπράβο σε όλους τους, γιατί αυτό που έβλεπες ήταν αγάπη γι αυτό που σου έδιναν.
Δεν υπήρχε ανσασερ για 3ο όροφο που μείναμε, αλλά οκ, οι σκάλες ήταν πολύ ανετες για να ανέβεις με βαλίτσες, άσε πιυ δεν μας άφηναν να τις κουβαλισουμε.

Nice cozy room.，really comfortable～The reception guy is really nice～He helped us with our luggage and show us where the pamukalle is～And the view from the balcony is wonderful！
Couldn't use credit card only cash，maybe a little inconvenient ～

Breakfast was good, location as well, and the staff helpful. Clean swimming pool and cute balcony.
The rooms are not completely soundproofed and the bathrooms need maintenance.

The staffs are very kind. When I asked them some questions,(how to go to the entrance of pumukkale, where is bus stop for Denizli), they were kind to tell me.
Bus stop for Denizli is very near, easy to access.
Restaurant also is good.
I took dinner and breakfast.
It is rare for Japanese to stay here, but the staffs understand Japan very well.
I felt very comfortable
The entrance of pumukkale is a little far. It take 15 min on foot.

Everything in this hotel is incredible! The swimming pool, the dinner, the host, the breakfast... Everything is just perfect.

The hospitality, the owner is very helpful in arranging all activities even at the last minute. The room is very clean. Complimentary breakfast.
No elevator and our room was at the highest floor..The location is not in the city center although close by. In the normal situation this is ok, but not when the temperature outside 45 C.

This is an excellent place from which to explore this amazing area. It is comfortable and welcoming. The host was super helpful Food was not fancy but was good and fresh. We had a room with a balcony, which was great (particularly when we had a thunder storm).
The towels were a little old.

Beautiful property. The young man at checked in hauled our bags, extremely grateful given our overnight bus arrival. Heard breakfast was incredible, but never went to breakfast. They accommodated a late check out for me, because I never had breakfast, which I thought was kind. Bus to Denizli is just around the corner!
despite the weather being in the late 70’s. the pool was like glacial water. I still jumped in;) They originally put us in the wrong room. the restaurant is not open. They’ll off to drive you to their sister location. we tried to utilizes that, but even that restaurant was closed. Even though the hotel was quite quiet in the off season they allowed an early check in but for 10€

Comfortable beds.
You feel like the walls are made of paper- you can hear everything! A bit far from center. Coming home at night I preferred to be more central.

The room was very elegant and comfortable. We liked the furniture and the interior design. It was clean and all toiletries had been provided. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was able to communicate easily and were helpful. Would strongly recommend this hotel

Excellent breakfast and hosts who are very friendly and accommodative.
No lift for the upper floors so keep the luggage light.

It was way nicer than we expected. The location is perfect, the people managing are so nice and they served amazing Turkish breakfast

Nice and very spacious room. Receptionist was very helpful to plan our stay and visit of the tavertines.
There was a glass door missing from the shower and one could not take a shower without getting the bath wet. But it is probably fixed by now.

It is a cozy and comfortable hotel which is being run by a nice family. The service is really nice. The food is home made really good. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Clean, modern hotel. Very friendly and helpful proprietor. Nice pool. Great breakfasts. Quieter than downtown but not too far out to walk or catch dolmus to Denizli.
It's a minor thing, but the riser height on the stairs was inconsistent: some steps were deeper than others. Tiling not always finished tidily. But all functioned well.

This accomodation is beautiful, very well located, less than 10 minutes away from the travertines. The food is very tasty. The family that runs this business is so nice and dedicated to making everyone feel happy. Would definitely return here if back at Pamukkale
