The hotel is tucked away and once you arrive you then truly understand why it’s a hidden paradise. The views are surreal and my room overlooked the ocean, my room was spacious and just the right temperature. The hotels staff from housekeeping, management, entertainment, guest relations, concierge and waiters were very polite and friendly. There’s lots to do within the hotel grounds including easy access to the beach. The food? One is spoilt for choice as there’s so much to choose from. From local cuisine to international cuisine. I had the chance to explore the spa too- lots of treatments and the relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is a solo traveller (like myself) or a family. You will absolutely enjoy it.

I returned to this hotel (the first vacation was in 2010 or 2011) and then, as now, I was impressed by the location, very close to the sea and the main road, with quick access to both. the garden inside the hotel is absolutely impressive, with species of trees, flowers, palm trees. The garden is very well maintained and the workers from the green space are really special. I would like to thank those people, many, whom I see every day working, at temperatures over 40 degrees. The food is very good, fresh and varied. You can find basic products every day, as well as various food for children and adults. I was impressed by the fact that they also had food for babies.

definitely the room area, especially the interior, the doors could be improved. At the spa area we had a discussion about the closing time. The SPA closes at 19.00, but it would be normal to be able to access the hammam and sauna area after that time. In the paid services, the SPA service is also mentioned, as a result it would be preferable to extend the hours of use of the hammam and sauna after 19:00.

The hotel doesn’t have rooms sea view although they get paid for them. They consider the sea view rooms the ones above the pool. You could never rest as all day long until 11.30 the music is terribly loud. Too noisy. I told them, this is what they could offer for sea view. Sea view is hidden behind trees. Not even visible!

It is very easy to get to the hotel by taxi or minibus. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Most of the hotel facilities were located between the trees, it was always easy to find space to relax. Even though the hotel was almost full, we didn't feel the crowd much. The Beach Bar staff Nurlan and Ferda were very polite and it was obvious that they did their job with love. Lastly marvelous Ancient city of Ephesus was very close to hotel that should definitely be visited.

Although the beach settlement is better than the next hotels, we didn't get much pleasure because of the constant waves in the sea. Lunch and dinner were recurring, generally not very happy with the food. Lastly, the variety and quality of alcoholic beverages were below average.

The location is very good, the buildings are not crowded, the beach is beautiful.

A lot of food and they have everything like an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, beach near the hotel, etc. The animation team was very nice. Thanks Emre and Nihad.

The rooms were very dirty. Even after complaining the clearing lady didn't clean probably. The gym was dirty as well, many divices were not working, the aircondition was not working.

A great resort with great staff in a seafront location. Exceptional value for money even without being all inclusive. On that score the food was good if repetitive. Breakfast was wonderful, but the buffet lunch and dinner got a bit waring after a few days. When we visited - Easter - there were no other dinner options available, that may be different in peak season. That said, taxis are relatively inexpensive and in Socuk there are plenty of good value - and delicious - eating options for when you fancy table service / something different

The resort was really nice, outstanding location and excellent food options. Was a little loud with music playing all the way up into the night (literally after 10PM every night), but for an all-inclusive beach resort that must be normal.

The music went on too late at night for it to be considered a restful place, but for tourists in that lively zone it's probably not unusual.

I really liked the beach

I didn’t liked the stuff, very impolite, it looked like they were payed more if they make economy at the food. About the drinks: free only vodka, wine, beer. In rest everything extra, with money (?!?). I’ve never was in a resort like this, and I was in Turkey al least 20 times in the last years.
