The bed was not comfortable. There was no trash bin in the room, only in the bathroom. The TV was only with one channel.

Nice place relatively close to the center of Gdansk. Check-in was easy via a sent code for the key box and room information. Big room with really big, nice bathroom. Comfy beds perfect after long walk in the city. Free parking offered in front of the hotel

Wifi reception in the room wasn´t really good, only in the bathroom and on the ground decent connection.

Main room and bathroom were very spacious. There are tram stops less than 5 minutes from the property too (however the closest tram stop does not have a machine to buy tickets from so you will either need to walk further or pre-buy tickets and validate when you get on the tram).

Before arrival I got a message from the property telling me I'd need to go to a different location (around 15 minutes walk away) to pick up the keys. When I got there I was told I didn't need to go there to pick up the key. The staff member rudely told me to walk back down the road to the property. I followed Google Maps to the location which was a mistake as the wrong location is on there. I found the correct location on Booking.com and went there to get the key. I wasn't told how to get the key and there were no staff at the property. I called the reception number 3 times before getting an answer and being told how to get the key (there is a lockbox outside the door to the individual room). Most of this walking and calling happened while I was outside in the rain - the poor and rude communication ruined my first day. Besides this, the only other big negative is that the property is open the whole time (day and night) and anyone from the streets could come in to use the kitchen or go up to your door.

There's no reception neither personnel in this villa. They ask to do payments and check-in in different building. It's ~11 min walking. With luggage! On paving stones! Of course it wasn't mentioned at the beginning, I received a call 3 hrs before check-in. I booked 3 nights and there were NO cleaning, changing towels, neither taking rubbish. Noone was there but tourists. I called to the reception on the 3rd day at least to get towels, because they were wet (too cold inside, they don't dry up), they suggested to find some wardrobe and take a clean one. Only one person at that main reception spoke English. The rest - Polish and one lady used a bit russian.

The place is quiet, during my stay I didn't meet other guests/staff as the main entrance is open 24/7.The room had plenty of space including bathroom. The room was clean and tidy.

There was no WI FI signal on the 1st floor.

The room's size is ok for one night. The bathroom is very nice. The receptionist on Saturday morning was able to manage to speak English. It rained on my way to the hotel,so I was all wet and she managed to assign me a room before the established check-in time.

Heating was not working (even though I set the radiators on its maximum). There was a small electric radiator,which I personally find dangerous and was clearly not enough to heat the room (and I also needed to dry my clothes,as it rained heavily on my way to the hotel and I got all wet). There was carpet on the floor and I am not sure about how clean it was,as well as the chair in the room and the mattress (which did not have any kind of cover, just the bed sheet) I was in a room next to the reception and the stairs,so I could hear people going around and talking since 7am or so.

I do not recommend!! The reservation was made with payment at the property, but it tried to charge the card on the morning of arrival. Ask why, no answer was given. The private parking at the property was defacto, parking on the street. In the room, dirty carpet, hairs, in the bathroom and the room. Reception, although in the specifications the language spoken is also English, in reality, it was not possible to have a dialogue in English. As for the access road to the property, disaster, it is a cubic stone road, full of bumps and potholes

it was a nice hotel room with a nice clean bathroom and parking which was great.

We had a hard time communicating with the receptionist since she didn’t really speak English.

Room was with big garden. It was very surpising. Breakfast was okay. Staff is friendly. Location is very good and quiet.
