Todo perfecto. Los trabajadores de recepción muy amables. Incluso me acompañaron al parking del hotel Fuimos al teatro victoria, y la ubicación es perfecta.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen; monipuolinen ja laadukas. Lisäksi pyydettäessä tarjolla oli myös gluteeniton lämmitetty patonki. Hotellin sijainti hyvä; vieressä Poble secin metroasema (L3 linja) ja n. 1km Placa d'Espanyan aukiolle (turistibussien pysäkki).

Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla ts. puhalsi tosi kylmää ilmaa (ei voinut jättää yöksi päälle). Hotellin asiakaspalvelu ystävällinen, mutta lähialueen paleluita olisi voinut markkinoida/myydä asiakkaille. Emme olleet kuulletkaan lähellä olevasta rannasta.

Loved this, my 1st stay at Hotel Concordia in Barcelona. I was on my way to join a cruise ship for work, and I had to book this hotel myself for me and my date/companion. I love the in-room bathtub with jacuzzi jets, the spacious desk with good power outlets, the good free WiFi in both room and lobby, and the pool! The pool is not on the ground floor; it's a few levels upstairs, and has a quiet city feel (I was alone there in the evening in its last opening hour) with lounges and a poolside bar. The room has a shower separate from the bathtub, which I liked a lot, and room for all my luggage! The hotel is near plenty of cafes and restaurants and is just across the street from a Metro(subway) station that whisked me to Las Ramblas in a few short stops.

Not really a criticism, but it took a while to check in because the 2 people there were both dealing with some slow guest issue in front of me. I would have liked to have one of the 2 check-in staff help me while the other attended to the party before me.

Beautiful, comfortable and pleasant accommodation. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and the breakfast rich and tasty. I really appreciated the clean but slightly smaller pool and terrace.

The location was ideal

The receptionist was very rude and was not trained for her job, She is not fit for the reception service due to lack of soft skills, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Super nice staff, freshly renovated, in the heart of Barcelona. Includes a roof-top pool. Will book again.

Strong Air Condition, good food for Breakfast. The rooms are modern and Clean. The staff is very nice. They offer additional service, which I didn't need, but if you do, it's there.

Breakfast was generally very good, but the Coffee options with milk could have been better. I don't know, what kind of milk they are using in the machine, but it is not what you get in coffee shops. It was ok, but not great.

Parking too small and risky for cars

Our stay at Hotel Concordia was really great value for money. The location is really central and convenient for different transport options on and around the city, though mostly we walked. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were really happy to have a bathtub. Only paper cups were provided with the tea and coffee in the room but when we asked staff for cups we were allowed to take some china from the restaurant for the duration of our stay. There were plenty of amenities - robes, slippers, sewing kit etc. The pool and gym area looked good; I only had a quick dip in the little pool (unheated and it was winter) and I wish I had realised there was a sauna in the area at the time!

There was a small couch/single fold out bed in the room. It would have been nice to have a larger couch for two to sit comfortably. The sound does carry up from the busy street (we were on the highest floor, 7, facing the Paral-lel); it didn't bother us much but something to consider for light sleepers.

dirty under the toilet seat. no fresh coffee/cups on room turn around. no duvet. disturbance in the middle of the night. noisy. didn’t feel safe.
